Unfortunately I can only comment on the Lase MD since that's the laser we have and I have not used the Pico. For now my vote is for the LASE MD as we've had a good success rate treating olive and darker skin types. If I come across a study that says which is better I'll be sure to comment again! I recently had one treatment at 11 intensity. Does this mean I had a medium or high intensity?
How many weeks do you recommend to space out the first 3 sessions?
We do our sessions every 4 to 6 weeks depending on the intensity of the treatment.

No, this is a thullium laser compared to the eCO2 which is a CO2 based. Same idea, just the recovery with the thullium laser is easier
