I recently had one treatment at 11 intensity. Does this mean I had a medium or high intensity?

How many weeks do you recommend to space out the first 3 sessions?

We do our sessions every 4 to 6 weeks depending on the intensity of the treatment.

To remove pigmentation/ sunspots, which one is better Pico vs LaseMD for Asian with yellow olive skin and light melasma? Many thanks!

Unfortunately I can only comment on the Lase MD since that's the laser we have and I have not used the Pico. For now my vote is for the LASE MD as we've had a good success rate treating olive and darker skin types. If I come across a study that says which is better I'll be sure to comment again! Thank you for the question!

is this the same laser that's called eCO2 Plus - which is a Lutronic

No, this is a thullium laser compared to the eCO2 which is a CO2 based. Same idea, just the recovery with the thullium laser is easier
