Pretty sweet pack so far. Anyone else using this so far? What do ya'll think about it?

For the duck straps those are metal buckled right? I spoke to a Sitka customer service guy and he told me they were plastic?

I know this video is about the pack but how do you like the walker silencer?

Great video. When you’ve had it in rain and storms, does it leak bad on the seams? Or is it relatively waterproof in rain, basically without being submerged.

It hasn’t leaked from just getting rained on. It’s not often that it goes through storms though. It’s very waterproof unless you submerge it. I love this pack. I’m very glad I got it.

I'm using a Patagonia stormfront pack and it has been great - fully waterproof, stands up well to the weather we hunt in. I wish Sitka made this pack waterproof for what they are charging.

Sweet! I looked at that Patagonia one too. Same as the Yeti, I wanted a bit more organization but I agree. I really wish Sitka would have put welded seems and waterproof zippers on the whole bag but I bet they would have then increased the price by quite a bit. Since I don't normally submerge this bag, it's been working great. Handling the rain so far, I can hose it off to knock the mud off.

For the game straps are the buckles metal?

The clips at the top of the game strap are metal (aluminum). The buckle at the end of each strap (where it forms the loop to slip over the ducks) are plastic.
