Hi. Nice video. The fact that the equation was written along with the computation part and the video was short as well. But there is an easy way to compute the FVAF. Just take the (1+.05) press "divide" and then "=" 10 times. Take the Grand Total and you will get the value directly. Using the equation is the easiest way to do the PVAF.

Yes, but in some calculators the Grand Total button is not available.
