You’ll have a tasty dish… we usually eat it with reddish..

У нас разделка кочана капусты состоит из снятия верхних листьев (их опускают в кипящую воду для заворачивания начинки). А из остатков кочана (для этого нужна кочерыжка, которую Вы вырезали) - разрезается по кочерыжки на равные доли и их опускают в кипящую воду. Кочерыжка не дает развалиться частям на отдельные листочки. После окунуть в муку, после- во взбитое сырое куриное яйцо, опять в муку- и на горячую сковороду обжарить до готовности!))) We did this when i was a kid but it was cooked and served in a light garlic tomato sauce. Sometimes we also used Noble spinach leaves to make wrap type things too. Very cool recipe! Its cool to sea similar ideas around the world.

When you boil the cabbage put some vinegar and salt in the water,that way the cabbage will become pickle. In the rolling you can put any meat including bicon and you can put some short RICE. That's how it's done in Urope, Greece, Poland,in the Balkans Macedonia. Try it you'd love it. No frying boiling in a pot with stock.

통으로 세척하면 되구요, 삶은후에 한겹씩 뜯어낸 후에 찬물에 헹궈도 돼요. 양배추는 자라나는 과정을 보면 속으로 농약이 들어갈 일이 없기에 사실 먼지만 씻어낸다는 느낌으로 씻어서 드시면돼요.
