    We have a similar dish in Lebanon and it is called ‘malfouf mihshi’.. it is basically rice, onion, sliced meat with tomato sauce with salt and spices all wrapped and rolled in boiled cabbage leaves… they are then placed in a pot and cooked with tomato juice, mashed garlic with mint, and add some lemon and bitter orange juice and pomegranate molasses… then cook at low heat! You’ll have a tasty dish… we usually eat it with reddish..

      Fascinating, there's also a recipe for Ukrainian cabbage rolls; which are something I grew up eating. They're stuffed with either beef or bacon, rice, tomato sauce, and onion. The outside is covered in tomato soup and then baked.

    In Poland we call this "gołąbki" (pidgeons e). It contains rice, onion, grounded pork, cabbage and tomato sauce 😊

    We do this in Eastern Europe,we call this dish "голубцы" (golubcy),only the insides are bit different,it's meat(usually pork) and rice

    We have a dish called cabbage roll where I live with this method of boiling. Rice With onions and various spices, stuffing is prepared, wrapped and cooked in a pot. I would like you to try this flavor of Turkish cuisine. You made a great taste again❤

    Большое спасибо!) У нас это называют- Голубцы. А что Вы делаете с оставшейся капустой?
    У нас разделка кочана капусты состоит из снятия верхних листьев (их опускают в кипящую воду для заворачивания начинки). А из остатков кочана (для этого нужна кочерыжка, которую Вы вырезали) - разрезается по кочерыжки на равные доли и их опускают в кипящую воду. Кочерыжка не дает развалиться частям на отдельные листочки. После окунуть в муку, после- во взбитое сырое куриное яйцо, опять в муку- и на горячую сковороду обжарить до готовности!))) Так получается два блюда из одного кочана капусты. Приятного аппетита!) Спасибо!)

    Hi. In México we have a similar dish. The rolls are filled with ground pork. And later they are simmer in tomato soup. The name of the recipe is weird , "niño envuelto" (wrapped kid) 😂

    We did this when i was a kid but it was cooked and served in a light garlic tomato sauce. Sometimes we also used Noble spinach leaves to make wrap type things too. Very cool recipe! Its cool to sea similar ideas around the world.

    When you boil the cabbage put some vinegar and salt in the water,that way the cabbage will become pickle. In the rolling you can put any meat including bicon and you can put some short RICE. That's how it's done in Urope, Greece, Poland,in the Balkans Macedonia. Try it you'd love it. No frying boiling in a pot with stock.

      삶고 난 후 찬물에 살짝 헹구시면 됩니다.
      양배추는 안까지 농약이 들어가는 작물이 아니기 때문에
      간단하게 세척하시면 돼요.

      찌기 전에 씻고, 찌고 난 후에 안씻어도 괜찮아요. 근데 빨리 안식어서 저는 찬물에 살짝 헹궜어요.

      통으로 세척하면 되구요, 삶은후에 한겹씩 뜯어낸 후에 찬물에 헹궈도 돼요. 양배추는 자라나는 과정을 보면 속으로 농약이 들어갈 일이 없기에 사실 먼지만 씻어낸다는 느낌으로 씻어서 드시면돼요.
