- Ok fellows, it's time I continued where I left of, posting complete obscure albums. Our number 80th album is from "The New Day", an obscure alternative rock band from the Houston, Texas area. They released only one album on an even more obscure label, Morning Glory Records. Recorded at Sound Arts Recording Studio in 1986, this is a good (not great) album that has a few nice cuts and couple of fillers as you can expect. On a few songs you can hear the influence that "The Cure" had on the band. Band members were Stephen Tripp - vocals/guitar, Eddie Darie - drums, John Ramos - bass and Chad Condor - keyboards. It was recorded at Sound Arts Studios in October 1986. Also if you like what you hear and realize the time and effort that goes into creating them, you can donate to the channel via www.paypal.com/donate/?busine... That would be much appreciated!

This is like finding a lost early demo by The Cure!
The first song on the list especially is a copy of « in between days »…

Спасибо! Отличный альбом! Мне так нравятся ранние The Cure, и тут очередное такое открытие!
Amazing album🎉
I love this one😍😍😍
Fantastic thanks!
Excellent 👍👍
That Teardrop Explodes, Cure vibe is really great..shame they only did the one album..but he maybe needed to work on the strength in voice a bit.
Completely agree, he sounds young/inexperienced, but thankfully it doesn't take away from the music at all for me. I wonder if he continued singing after this.
❤❤
esta buenoo 🤘 puro post-punk
Lovelyyy☺☺thanksss
Awesome! ❤
Where do you find this stuff. I'm amazed.
It's tip of the iceberg as I hardly find the time to rip and post records that I have on the shelves. Having said that I try to post an album every two week or so for you guys to re-discover these bands.
