Hearing the reactions from the audience is so interesting! It's funny to think that like some of the jokes now probably wouldn't have hit today, but they for sure hit back then! I was actually surprised that the audience was in stitches over seeing a raccoon on someone's head. I guess it was due to the unexpectancy of it, but again, it's interesting to see how our forms of comedy have changed throughout the times

I think this was one of the latest points in time when the attraction still had the Pepsi Cola and Frito-Lay sponsorship. The narration track was later snipped to remove the sponsor references but Henry's line about "we've got a lot to give" was the Pepsi ad slogan when the attraction first debuted in 1971 and still remains.

It's sad to hear the audience reacting more to this show than today's

It's rare but I've seen some live streams recently that had a good crowd.

People were also more offensive back in the day and didn’t have cell phones

Thanks for uploading this! I love finding old footage of the show and seeing it's state of condition and how much people are enjoying it through the years. This is one of my favorite attractions in Disney. It's great!

so cool to see the original incarnation of the show! Ive got two versions of the soundtrack for this on vinyl. The first one is the original soundtrack with the Pepsi Cola and Frito-Lay sponsorship part. and the other one is where that line was cut. cool to see the original un edited verion

I was there in 1981. Pretty young, and just have flashes of memories of this, but i remember it being my favorite at the time. Have not been to DW since then. Occasional things in this video jogs the memory and the feelings i felt then. Thanks for uploading this.

I wish Disney themselves would keep better track of their old attractions, even just for personal reference. Could you imagine if this show had been professionally filmed when it was brand new? I think the same thing about America Sings and other attractions of the time. The historian in me wants these things preserved.

Haha I line! The attraction had a line! I love bear jamboree. One of my favorites. But it is so weird to see a line for it😂 kind of depressing that it is no more but I do like just walking in
