This is if you have a flatscreen TV. Retro systems are specifically designed for CRTs.

AliEX GBSC. I recommend getting one of those. Cheap and upscales console to 1080p, especially original xbox.

I have not yet seen an adapter like this that supports RGB. It would honestly make these adapters way more appealing if they did.
