Im 10 seconds in and yeah bro. I absolutely agree. The bang for buck is way better. You can actually drive the PISS out of those cars and if stuff breaks its fairly inexpensive to repair. I myself have a 370z nismo thats track prepped. If you dont believe these cars are great. Go watch nismozeta YT channel and watch him pass porsches and other high end cars.
Thank you I appreciate it! These cars are underrated. With a little skill and regular maintenance These cars can do just about anything for relatively cheap
Well I have an 07 HR and got it for a great deal. Enjoy every minute of driving in it. It’s all I ever wanted in a sports car. And it didn’t break the bank.
@AfroSmurph you can get a Z34 with a sport package for 15k, right out of the factory with no mods it competes with Porsche Cayman and Boxster of that generation which a Z33 cannot. Also the Z34 responds a lot better with mods and has a higher potential to where you can hit 400 horsepower at the crank without going FI. A 350 cannot do that
@sharpemang the base platform of a 370 is defenitely better. But again the cost of entry is still 7-10k more depending on what you get. I agree that it's a better start. But if this is about making as cheap as possible 12 k will get you there
I loved my 350 it was my first car 10/10 vehicle i always look back at it fondly, now i have an a90 supra just as fun granted and the driving experience is very similar to the 350
You can't make it better than a supercar in every way. However, you can make it look good enough, perform good enough and be reliable enough. No car can be cheap, fast, comfortable, reliable and good looking at the same time. You'll never achieve peace if you compare your outdated touring car with a supercar that costs 10 times more and built for a totally different purpose.
I think the blood sweat and tears put into making the car you love makes it better than any super car. And for half the price as long as you keep the comfort features you can get very close. With the peace of mind of cheaper repairs I would say that car would be better than a supercar
Porsche 996 911 IMS bearing issues, BMW E46 M3 rod bearing issues, Audi R8 V8 tming chain issues. The turbo kit would be for runnikg stock/lightly modded v10 R8s. I live in FL where most v10 r8s are twin turbod lol so dont even need to turbo the Z.
At that point your bill for the car approaches 6 figures just for that! Stock vs a molded Z I'll take it. But who wouldn't turbo a supercar if you could. I'll forza the crap out of it first chance
@@AfroSmurph it cannot keep up with the R8, unless the R8 is running only on 4 cylinders. i also had a 350Z 10 years ago and it was a slow, heavy, good looking turd
I've had mine for 4 years. I how it doesn't end up like the s chassis. But it seems inevitable since they will be coming up on that time where they no longer need emissions then we will be hearing trumpets all day and night

This is a hot take I will 100% agree with.
It will be put to the test as soon as we put together what I described in the video

Glad to hear you love the car! It's the perfect cheap shorts car hands down
Great to see us making car content!
We exist out there!!!! Thank you for the support!
370Z is the holy grail. That is why they still kept the same chassis for the new Z vs the transition between the 350 and 370 they changed it
You are right but I would also argue that the changes made are all available on the 350z for less than the cost of a used 370 plus the car

performance aside VQ's sound like trumpets
Hahahahaha facts. Know anybody able to build an exhaust to fix that?
No
Yes
Tell me why I'm wrong?
For $37000 get a C6 ZO6 and supercharge it. Done.
if you think a lazy ass vq is faster than an R8 you must have lost your mind. a modern golf diesel with a tune will destroy your Z in a straight line
Yes it absolutely can keep up. Not only that but how much is it just to buy that golf vs a 350z? But if be willing to find out just how fast it is
@@AfroSmurphA nice 350Z is pricy these days, you’re not saving all that much

Stock if isn't terribly fast. But it's still fun. Fix is breathing at high rpm and FI with a cam. That thing will sing to r8 level performance
Yeah but a 370Z is better than a 350Z and 400Z on the low.
I dint disagree that they are better cars. However I stand by the cost of entry plus upgrades is still gonna get you supercar fast for cheaper
@ Of course you’re right. I’m just teasing.
