My actual ENT does lower his voice and sometimes whisper when he gets closer to my ears. He naturally does this because talking loudly when you’re right next to a persons head is annoying and can even be painful.

@@MadBunniFun That's totally rational that your ENT doc lower their voice when they are close to your ear. I guess any doctor would do so in that situation.
My point is, most of ASMRtists do whisper all the way through their ear(or even any kind of) exam vids.
You know, from the first word "Hello." to the very end😂
