Med schools need to hire you to teach students how to engage with patients. I have found a PCP who gets anxiety and depression, but if they had ASMR skills too, I wouldn’t keep having panic attacks every time I went for labs.
@@denniikelly4229 I worked healthcare for 6 years. The system is overburdened and doctors are trying to see patients as quickly as possible. As nice as it would be for doctors to be slow and soft spoken instead of court and quick, the economical side of it won't allow it.
This is great for helping me calm down and focus on my final project that I waited until the last minute to do! ASMR while doing tests or papers or something is great. Also, that needle is NOT small!

@@Farragox idk why RUclips does this .... And some ppl may disagree but come Halloween time ... Asmr is not usable because of the screaming loud ads during that time . So sad really cause I like the content alot of ppl put out there but can't enjoy it like this
Maybe this is an absurd question, but are there any doctors that actually behave remotely like this in their normal practice? I think we'd be better off if so. Most of my anxiety causing me to put off routine physicals is because every doctor I tend to try seems so disinterested and/or is obviously not thorough (like things I know they should be doing they don't bother do to). I hate it.
my GP is like this. last time I saw him, he explained all about how the electricity of the heart works while we both laughed. I was wound up while he was listening to my heart so he said "take a deep breath, just relax." so I did and my heart went into bigeminy. he kept listening for a moment, looked at me and said "crazy irregular." and asked if I'd be okay with having an EKG done before I left. awesome doctor.
