Bake the sugar cookies from a roll then cool, drizzle icing made from 10x,almond extract and little water then put toasted slivered almonds on top.Everyone loves them! I never measure so you will have to help with the drizzle for measurements

So, my trick uses the bag of sugar cookie doh that you mix up and roll out, but I bet this would work with pre-made, just add a little extra flour to the pre-made so you can roll is out. I use any small shaped cutter, you can find an assortment on-line. Usually for bento box stuff. Roll out the doh, and make little cookie bites, like the ones you pay for in the pre-portioned snack isle. You can also do this with a roll of chocolate chip cookie doh.
Can you make these into chocolate chip cookies? I mean, I know I can add choc chips, but what else would you add to have them taste like regular choc chip? Vanilla? Brown sugar?
I would suggest just using either the prepackaged chocolate chip cookie dough, just like the roll of sugar cookie dough, or the packs of mix you can buy, like Betty Crocker, and just use the chocolate chip one.😊

I just press it into a pan and pour some Heath™ bits on top. Bake it up.
The turtle ones do NOT stay in that shape after baking. They spread out like a pancake when cooked like any other cookie using this dough would 😣.
