Now we're talking! I am so genuinely pumped about this thing. The one drawback I should have focused on more is price. This needs to come down in price to something extremely reasonably. Thankfully, this is their goal. I'm glad this is already in production and they're selling every one they can. I love purpose-built vehicles way more than those that can do it all! Who thinks we should get one? There's talk we can adapt one to the US ahead of the official launch ;)

Hasn't anyone explained to this guy how to behave in german traffic? In a traffic-calmed zone and a speed limit of 30 km/h "full throttle" to race like a maniac over a sidewalk is absolutely careless or even inhuman! a small child can step on the sidewalk at any time, you can't imagine what can happen then! in Germany we call such a driving style “idiot driving”. And of course driving on sidewalks is not only forbidden for the reasons mentioned above!

About the range thing, isn't it the same for gas vehicle? the faster you drive or heavier the load you carry, your gas vehicle will burn more fuel and thus shorter their range/liter of fuel and need refuel more often, so i think the problem with EV is not the range but the recharge infrastructure

Weißt du, was mich am meisten an so tollen Trucks nervt?

I am fascinated by this little truck. But I do not see it being a popular vehicle here in the states. I see this as basically an updated GEM electric. It’s noisy, crude and a very rough ride. A street legal John Deere Gator side by side. And the Deere looks better.
That being said, I am glad it’s being produced. Trucklets like this have their uses. I do see them useful as a work utility vehicle. This truck appears that it could successfully be marketed as a low speed vehicle class. (35 mph and under). That way it does not have to meet the crash and safety standards a regular car or truck does.
To put this in some perspective, this has a higher price than a new Ford Maverick XL hybrid 2 wheel drive pickup with the 2,000 lb tow package or Maverick XL eco boost 4x4 AWD with the 4000 pound max tow package. And it comes with a real interior, AC, Heater, airbags, safety suite, infotainment system and has more than double the speed and 8 times the power.
