For example I went to Cuba and I never drank espresso in my life until I got to the island ever since then I’ve been hooked on Cuban coffee. I am from Pennsylvania and know a coworker that visited the Bay area of California recently and he said that there is a big Mexican American population in the area and the one thing that he noticed is the large height gap with Mexican Americans that are senior citizen aged as compared to Millennials and GenZ. He said most Mexican American men of senior citizen age looked below 5'7" but for the younger generation adults he said 6'0" looked very average for the Mexican Americans with most taller than 5'9", his height. Mexican Americans are trending tall in recent years and in Mexico itself I read that 3 northern states of Mexico have a male average height of 5'11", Chihuahua, Sonora and Sinaloa.

I have both: Mexican friends and Puerto Rican friends, but they’re all very friendly, and caring people who are always willing to help. The big differences I see between them is their food - which I like both, by the way-😋 and the way they speak. I am Cuban, but only lived in the island for the first 9 years of my life. I love both Mexicans and Puerto Ricans!

Which the tainos and carribean natives themselves consisted of different tribe and not known to be part of any empire from what I recall. Im not saying they couldn't genetically be similar, it could be the case. But geographically speaking, the aztecs were located in central America, Mexico, and southern US States. The tainos werent known to be in an empire like the aztecs. They were known to be good according to Columbus. Ill have to look more into it tho. But as I said before, we are all meant to be different. Mexicans whether genetically similar or not are our fellow brothers and sisters and we should be able to enjoy learning from each other.

I am from Pennsylvania and know a coworker that visited the Bay area of California recently and he said that there is a big Mexican American population in the area and the one thing that he noticed is the large height gap with Mexican Americans that are senior citizen aged as compared to Millennials and GenZ. He said most Mexican American men of senior citizen age looked below 5'7" but for the younger generation adults he said 6'0" looked very average for the Mexican Americans with most taller than 5'9", his height. Mexican Americans are trending tall in recent years and in Mexico itself I read that 3 northern states of Mexico have a male average height of 5'11", Chihuahua, Sonora and Sinaloa.

That said, I would rather Puerto Rico return to Spain tho. Stable economy, EU membership, a nation that will actually respect them. Not to mention that Spain won't keep them as a colony like the US does. It'll be admitted as an autonomous community, which means Puerto Ricans will have a say in the Spanish government.

I have both: Mexican friends and Puerto Rican friends, but they’re all very friendly, and caring people who are always willing to help.

I’m from California, Mexican American and I lived in New York for 2 years. I dated 2 Puerto Rican women, they loved me. Puerto Rican men showed me love, they saw me as a latino brother. Idk why this guy so rough on us.

Aside from all the salsa, merengue, reggaeton, etc. and all pride we Puerto Ricans have in sports and entertainment figures, we also acknowledge our fellow Latinos from other countries putting their culture and country on the map. As a kid, I used to love watching Cantinflas movies, as well as Pedro Infante, Andres García (although he’s Dominican born but Mexican raised); I loved listening to Jose Jose, Vicente Fernandez, Juan Gabriel, Los Flamers, Los Bukis, etc. Oh and last I checked, Luis Miguel is like 6’2”, George Lopez is my height 5’11”, Oscar de la Hoya is also 5’11”. Which the tainos and carribean natives themselves consisted of different tribe and not known to be part of any empire from what I recall. Im not saying they couldn't genetically be similar, it could be the case. But geographically speaking, the aztecs were located in central America, Mexico, and southern US States. The tainos werent known to be in an empire like the aztecs. They were known to be good according to Columbus. Ill have to look more into it tho. But as I said before, we are all meant to be different. Mexicans whether genetically similar or not are our fellow brothers and sisters and we should be able to enjoy learning from each other.
