His dad Suresh wasn’t a male leading actor, nor his dad had great pulling power with big banners or production houses to launch his son. That’s the whole reason movie mobs like Salman Khan and his allies were able to pull the strings and not allow Vivek to succeed.
Vivek did not get launched with a huge budget movie with leading role. In his first movie he had a relatively small role. He is a very talented actor, as showed with his powerful performance from his first film (as Maya bhai in company) onwards.

Papon definitely deserves a chance. I don't know what he did was intentional or not, but we cannot afford to lose an artist like him. I think the media and the industry overreacted in his case. Even the girls parents that he kissed said it was a misunderstanding. Boycotting him altogether was totally uncalled for, especially for tha what he did, he did on live camera.
