Batata Vada -
• Tel - 2 tbsp
• Rai - 1/2 tbsp
• Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
• Lehsun - 6-7 Cloves (crushed)
• Adrak - 1/2 inch (crushed)
• Hari Mirch - 2 (crushed)
• Haldi- 1/4 tsp
• Aloo: 6 (boiled & mashed)
• Namak - ¼ tsp
Dhaniya aur Limbu ka ras thora sa
• Besan - 3 cups
• Chawal ka atta - 2 tbsp
• Namak - 1 tsp
• Pani - as req.
• Tel - to deepfry
Chura ke liye
• Sukhi lehsun ki chutney
• Water
Vada Pav:
• Batata Vada - 8
• Ladi Pav - 8
• Sukhi lehsun ki chutney - 8 tbsp
• hari chutney - 4 tbsp
• Imli ki Chutney - 4 tbsp
• Choora
