    First of all thank you sir for knowledge videos. Sir, my demographic results in smartPLS are coming insignificant and in spss it's showing the majority of significant results. My question is can we conduct measurement and path analysis using smartPLS and demographics analysis using SPSS. IF this is possible then what should be the logical reason behind this. Kindly guide

    Shouldn't arrows be directed from first order constructs toward indicators and from higher order construct toward it's lower order constructs. It's a reflective reflective not reflective formative model.
