    Great reminder today about getting your own experience rather than reading and seeking enlightenment through other people. For 50 years I've soaked up every book and teaching of spirituality only to come back to my own inner Self.❤

    Hey Nathan how are you doing. Thank you for today

    it was the first time i did it with my eyes open and to be honest it was tough i couldnt help getting involved with my thoughts and i noticed one thing when i meditate with eyes closed i manage to focus on my breath but today my breathing was uneven and in breaks i had to remind myself to breathe many times at the end of the meditation i was sweating and my eyes were blurry to see anything they're still blurry while typing this.
