    I have the same headaches as Chyna! I’ve found they are exacerbated by barometric pressure, because it’s related to my sinuses. What sometimes helps me is flushing with a nasal rinse, ibuprofen, and sleep. It’s so annoying though.

    • @meganooooo178
      @meganooooo178 2 месяца назад +1

      Does your neck and/or jaw ever hurt or feel tight? I get the same headaches and thought it was my sinuses but it turned out to be a specific spot in my neck. I see a physiotherapist that also does acupuncture and it's really helped. It also helps if you add heat and/or ice to the spot where your skull meets your neck. Apparently it's a really common cause for headaches behind your eye.

    As someone without a lot of chronic back and neck pain, these *really* help me. I fall asleep on mine. It really helps relieve my pain when im stiff or one of my soft tissue injuries is in spasm. I find that places where there is more stinging, if i use that as a cue to relax into the mat in those areas, it gives me hours of relief.

    11:55 or so Chyna says, you need to use less detergent. TRUE. I discovered this on my own just because it seemed I had to use too much.
    Also, your SKIN may thank you. The purpose of detergents is to make fabric clean, so you do need only as much to get them clean, overdosing won't make them any cleaner. However, too much may not wash out completely, so your skin will get constant contact with aggressive surfactants. Which may lead to rather unpleasant irritation.
    A while ago I told my ex, or maybe even two exes, who had issues with irritated back skin, to try using much less detergent, not overdose. And it helped! Not entirely, but really well.
    Try half of the recommended dose. If your clothes get clean enough, try even less, if they don't, try using a bit more. Graduated scoops/spoons really help with measuring correctly and remembering the dose.
    Also, try oxygen powder stain removers, also experiment with the size of the scoop. Some stains go away with pre-washing with stain-remover soap, just a dab and a rub of the stain (wet the stain, rub in some soap, rub the cloth together with hands vigorously for a moment or two, and into the washer with other clothes).

    Chyna, you might want to check out a Postural Restoration Clinic (type of physical therapy) near you for the headache behind the left eye pain. I deal with that same problem and found for me it was because I had a whole bunch of tension in my shoulder-neck area that was starting to pinch nerves which was causing the pain. Might be something to look into, hope you figure out what the underlining cause is for you. Hope you feel better!

    I love Chyna. She is so so funny. Still holding out hope that she'll have her own thing one day (channel, podcast, heck even a blog).
    I'm curious if lying down after yoga would be more relaxing since your muscles should be nicely stretched and no longer tight? And what about a control with just lying on the ground? Because that's pretty relaxing too.

    I like to lie on the ground. Not the floor, but outside on the grass. It feels good for my spine. I think the softness-yet-firmness of the earthy surface has the right kind of give. Perhaps evolution accommodated for that? This is good enough for me and does not involve spikes.

    I have clusterheadaches and migraines regurlaly. I see afacia specialist who taught me to treat my own headache. You can it as well by press and slide over your fore head starting from your eyebrows. Slide while maintaining pressure. From the middle outwards and second motion upwards. This releases the tense facia and eases the pain. Maybe it helps?!
