    Awesome! I see that you are focusing on low sodium food. Even the very strict heart healthy diet -- which is zero oil, zero meat, zero dairy, and zero ultra processed food diet (as championed by Dr. Caldwell Eslstein and Dr. Dean Ornish) -- has so many delicious food options that might surprise you. From eggless omlets to not-fried french fries, there are numerous great options out there.

    Consider changing to a unrefined real salt like redmonds when you're at home. It has natural minerals and more which helps with blood pressure. I am in my 50's with great blood pressure and I consume a lot of salt. But not any salts. No table salt or refined sea salts. I rarely eat any ff though.
