Longhorn is My favorite. Also I usually get the Chic straw salad and french onion soup. Sometimes the onion soup is a little salty so I switch to baked potato soup. Also, they have the best honey mustard dressing so i get the honey mustard and one blue cheese forr salad on the side. Servers are always so nice there. We started to make it a tradition to go there for a late lunch on Christmas Eve before evening Mass. Glad to see you loved it too.

Awesome! I see that you are focusing on low sodium food. Even the very strict heart healthy diet -- which is zero oil, zero meat, zero dairy, and zero ultra processed food diet (as championed by Dr. Caldwell Eslstein and Dr. Dean Ornish) -- has so many delicious food options that might surprise you. From eggless omlets to not-fried french fries, there are numerous great options out there.

Consider changing to a unrefined real salt like redmonds when you're at home. It has natural minerals and more which helps with blood pressure. I am in my 50's with great blood pressure and I consume a lot of salt. But not any salts. No table salt or refined sea salts. I rarely eat any ff though.

This was the most fun I have had making a shopping video for Christmas! I can't believe how much they had and the prices and quality are mind blowing!!
