If power goes out. How does it restart?

Depends on way too many variables to even begin to provide an answer in this format.

Virtual machines are cool. But I'd recommend using hyperv on Windows. Windows itself since version 7 runs on a hypervisor, so if you run another vm it's running on the same hypervisor as the os, so performance is great. Also the hypervisor they use is based on and has features and upgrades backported from the world's second largest public cloud, azure.

I run HA in VirtualBox on a MiniPC under Windows 10. Great, but...
Rarely, but unfortunately, then it throws the Zigbee, the Conbee II device and only restarting the entire MiniPC helps.
Also, there are sometimes anomalies with Z-Wave.
The USB devices are added in VirtualBox, but sometimes the connection is lost.
Both USB devices are connected with a 1-1m long USB extension cable.
I think this error comes from Windows-Virtual Box.
