This unit is truly the unit of all time! Makes enemies and players shake in fear alike when he drops omegallion damage and brings the squad of pain so he can tank only about as good as defensive units dropped last year!😱🥵😱🤯😱
I don't even know why Truth praises him for his defense style. He needs to jump through 10 hoops on a non existent team to get his damage reduction with 350k+ defense. While the part 1 Goku got that for pretty much free while compromising nothing in defense stats and damage. They literally just hate villains lol.
That part of his 18ki where he hits with the stare is so goofy, I love it.
If Truth is having to Tweet out for people to set their Friend Leads as Omega as well as add people to use Omega, I think we know the answer to “How Good Is He” lmao.

God one obvious way they could have made him better, even with his same kit, is if he was Syn that turn one into omega that way at least you can run the phys omega. I have no idea why the never used this mechanic outside of 2 banner units and one ftp unit. This works so well for characters like omega.
To be deserving of Tanabata Carnival LR OMEGA, he should've:
1. Extreme class allies instead of GT Bosses for DR
2. Permament rnbw orb changing
3. Super Effective against super class
4. Additional with 50% chance to SA
5. Built his attack up to 160 by receiving attacks, not performing them
6. Extreme allies 3ki, additional 40% atk & def for GT Bosses
Truth’s not gonna like that building up by taking hits 💀 But it would fit with his defensive role

@@domthelegend8398i would say that isn't a big problem with Omega, since a lot of the villains don't actually build up by getting hit, if I am right. It's mostly a problem with the super class units, I have noticed.
If he had worldwide chaos as 200% lead plus gt bosses or transformation boost as the condition for dmg reduction. Would have been great.
Just...no. For the love of god, they should have simply given him that 35% DMG reduction for free or with extreme class allies on the team. If SSJ4 Goku can have 40% DMG reduction, Bulma can have guard and DMG reduction, Kai Goku can have guard for pretty much the whole fight, for nearly no restrictions, why can't Omega just have that DMG reduction for free as well, Dokkan??

Every passing day I keep clinging to the hope more and more that they would give the villains some shine too, though I keep getting more and more disappointed every passing day
Thing about omega, while yes hes doing dog shit damage 99% of the time he cannot be touched, which is a valid argument to him not being entirely useless, only problem is he is the only tank on his entire team, doesnt matter if omega tanks 90% of the attacks and supers for double digits if teq nouva pulls up and takes 400k from a normal.

I can feel the horror of his OST theme, the fear of his despair, loneliness soul who don't have a team to support him.
So another flaw with Omega is that his damage is so bad and the unit he forced you to use also bad so in many fight the 7 turns Rainbow Ki change will run out, then it's either RNG god give you lots of rainbow ki, or Omega become an actual worthless unit

You don't have to run him on GT bosses run him on another team he'll have less damage reduction but he'll have a way stronger roster supporting him. Maybe that's the way to go. I feel like that was not even considered

Omega is worthless defensively without that damage reduction. Omega even rainbow level 10 links is in the 3 to 400k range before supering which I don’t need to say isn’t great. He’s not supporting so the only thing he’s providing is turn restricted rainbow orb changing and a revive…I guess. His offense is terrible so his only real value is defense and he’s only capable of that with gt bosses. Even on gt bosses he’s not an invincible wall either btw. He’s good but against like the new omega fight he’s still getting practically one shotted. Fp ssj4 goku with like 600k+ start of turn defense and 50% damage reduction still takes like 200k from him and omega isn’t even close to his level of slot one dominance. If a unit like him is taking notable damage omega’s getting his spine snapped by that same attack.
Tl;dr omega is pretty much worthless unless gt bosses becomes actually usable. Until then he’s ass
@@aarongregory4980 your dead wrong he be fine because of the fact his base dmg reduction is 5 percent his passive includes him and he getting 3 rainbow at minimum so his dmg reduction is sitting at 27 percent with respectable defense so he would be a good floater

I don't want to down play gt bosses just yet.maybe towards the end of the year will get their buffs just like power of wishes. We don't know what dokkan is cooking, I think we just have to be a little bit patient

I looked at how long the video is before clicking and the first thought that came to me was that the video is going to be full of funny chaos
He's honestly fine as is - his damage truly is ASS for like the first 3 rotations because he doesn't have additionals but he really needs a new DFE GT Boss that works as a floating Slot 3 leader
Ass damage with shit team = guaranted that you're going to take a super slot 2 or 3 and die

Great animations, top tier OST, incredible defensive potential. Man, they really had everything ready for this character to be the best unit in the game, but decide to fumble him for the lulz.

GT Bosses needs an unrestricted rainbow orb changer with a lot of defensive and ki support as a leader. I don't care if it's a Baby, a Syn or hell I'd take Eis or Bludd but they need it. This Omega could be good after that. For the love of everything they need to stop printing Super 17's now. They don't have generic villain links and only work well together or with androids (I like the transforming 17's). GT Bosses really needs a full celebration to be relevant at this point pretty much.

At this point are Carnival LRs even worth it? The only good one is the SSJ goku, but even he has his flaws or just been pushed offed teams, especially since they come out so infrequently.
They arguably need to be a step above in quality to DFLRs but they are not so what are there purpose other that a new artificial class that bring nothing unique or special all of them could just be yellow coin units.

Feel like it would’ve been more thematic for him to come out in the 8th anniversary since Vegeta in the standby gets fucked by that 12 ki.
I like omega, I just want him to get team buffs. His kit is full of stuff that makes me think "what if gt bosses had another good rainbow orb changer" or "what if it had a good support". He seems to clearly rely on his team, which I dont mind, I just mind it here because its GT Bosses lol. His teams needs more damage(Baby LR EZA will solve once he comes out I guess,) it needs a support thats good, and one more orb changer for omega once its past 7 turns. That or give the team another damage dealer so turns will most likely not go past omegas' 7th turn of orb changing.
He was supposed to be that unit to solve all these problems you listed. High damage, High defense, support. He should have been the kid goku of Gt bosses. The f2p eza units Cell an Freeza do barley anything for the team either, so that's awesome, Akasuki really thought this thru. Thx G for Baby i guess but man they really turn their brains off when it comes to villains.

While I’m glad that Omega is defensive, the issue is that the GT Bosses team does SHIT damage. Omega needed to be dominant offensively and defensively second 0, not after 7 turns

If you look at his kit he's supposed to be a hybrid but fails at doing both. He needs supers to build up but they didn't give him built in additionals. You essentially gotta revive but if you run 2 Omega's you can't even unlock the rest of their kits if you revive with 1.
We can just hope for a insane nuking baby dfe with a good side banner support

Imagine having people call you bad when you have All Enemies -25% atk and def in your passive. Running 2 of these guys literally gives your entire team 50% damage reduction.

He's really good. Bulma and LR int goku is a way bigger gap. 55% omega after attacking easily tanks agl brolys super for double digits and only a little over 100k before attacking.

That entrance animation only lasts some measley seven turns but this guy hits like a damn feather so it's going to be way past seven turns before the battle is done on his gt boss team and of course probably by the time you get to the hardest part of the fight where you need him at his best, the intro wears off and he can't get his rainbow orbs anymore so his only value being defense is compromised.

TLDR: Im 95% sure Dokkan devs dont play dokkan and dont know what makes characters good, and about 70% sure that someone in charge of unit design specifically wants GT Bosses units to suck- A legit conspiracy theory I could make a 2 hour presentation about.
When another event like Sbr becomes the hardest again, so Extreme Extreme Super Battle road, hes gonna slaughter those stages. That is the only remotely good thing I can see in this dudes kit, and he's not even as good at those as Piccolo Jr, and hes an LR? Who in the higher ups of the dokkan dev team hates the GT Villains so much?
It would be one thing if this omega had these restrictions but got like 10% damage reduction per GT Bosses ally, and sat at like 70% damage reduction the whole time and also dropped like transformed LR cell attack stats, but instead, we get without a doubt, the OFFICIAL SEQUEL to LR FRAUD 17 who dropped EXACTLY 2 years and 2 months before he did.
The next time one of these player surveys roll around, explicitly state that we DO NOT WANT GT BOSSES UNITS TO REQUIRE GT BOSSES ANYMORE. PLEASE. IT DOESN'T EVEN MAKE SENSE. WHY does omega shenron require GT BOSSES WHEN HE IS THE LAST GT BOSS LEFT ALIVE? He should get damage reduction when hes the ONLY GT boss catagory character on a rotation. Then, scrap the GT bosses lead, make this guy lead Shadow Dragon Saga for 200%, And like maybe make him lower super class allies attack so that they feel better about making him super loaded defensively? By like 15%?

I genuinely no longer believe the dokkan development team plays dokkan. There is no way. And if they do, they have some WILDLY different vision in comparison to the player base of dokkan.
I grew up watching GT and Z on an old ass box television at my dads house. It constituted a large part of my life and got me into martial arts up to and past my black belt. I made friends through DB at school, and at the place I did martial arts. So it REALLY SUCKS that my one of my favorite dragon ball games seems to have a raging hate stiffy for GT villains in particular.
As a Villain, particularly Syn/Omega Shenron fan in general, it is absurd to me that they think we will see Goku get 40% damage reduction for practically free, as well as eventually 50% then dropping his nuke attack stats, compare it to this syn's Hyper limited 35% and orb restricted 7%, and ACTUALLY COMICALLY LAUGHABLE SUPER VEGITO LEVEL ATTACK STATS and think its not intentional? They could be more subtle about it shouting it into a megaphone at a library.
