- A short love story uniting the two sides of the pond and it just isn't cricket.
No Bertie or Jeeves but with the same jolly japes. Развлечения
No jeeves or wooster, but the same jolly chaps. ⚾
Fun. 😃 Mk
Excellent
As always nick
😊😊🤓😮
Remarkable! I come from a place where cricket is a religion and cricketers have their own temples. Literally!
Not a place for their honeymoon then!
@@Trickynickymarts You're right.
No way, but it has to be?
I think this is where "Who's on First?" comes from! 😅
Fantastic photo, reveals so much info about the time. I think their Mums cut their hair
I agree. Playing in the street, not rich, plenty of imagination, smiles all round! And as its Wodehouse of course its a sunny day!
Terrific, as always. Thanks for an early Christmas present!
Ha! Cheers
Thank you for making my morning. This was excellent.
Perfect. Daft story. Well read. And utterly engaging ... ;o) Thank you.
In a nutshell! Thanks.
Jolly good, bro
Oh, there you are! Cheers.
thank you Nick,
thoroughly enjoyed it
That's great, thanks.
Good fun! Well read Sir!
Christmas came early, another wonderfully read story! This was a love story I can actually relate to, I loathe American football and was lucky enough to find my own soul mate who feels the same. I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday, Mr. Martin. All the very best to you and your family for the holidays.
Ah yes, same kind of thing!
Thank you Rosemary and for you also. Maybe another one from me before the year is out.
Enjoyed it thoroughly.... thanks
Excellent!
❤
Another stellar performance.
Thank you Gina.
Great job old chap
Jolly good story a what!
I enjoyed this story. Thanks!
Ah, well done!
Hi Nick, brilliant reading! I imagine your voice and style would be very apt for some Douglas Adams. Proud to be a supporter of this channel and wishing all the best in 2021 :)
Many thanks for that. Also appreciate the suggestion and I will investigate. Something new for the new year sounds good! Cheers
TY Nick!
I missed this, sorry! Thanks.
@@Trickynickymarts No problem. You are a busy man. Ty for keeping us entertained! Best wishes to you & the fam. 😘
Konky Biddiles that’s bit silly even for Wodehouse😉
Konky being a nickname for someone with a large nose. ( school boy humour)
You’re the best.
Thank you Christa for your support! Must do another soon.
Another great reading but I still think you would be great reading the short stories centred around Blandings Castle, Custody of the Pumpkin and a few others would be great.
Hi Peter, I must take a look! There are some more J and W stories from the Strand that I wanted to do before anything else really.
Come back and do more
I will! Thank you
