Sir, for the sake of the struggling humanity, please post atleast a few more full lessons probably addressing different types of objectives. This was so helpful. Lot of blessings to you. _/\_

Dear ES: For the sake of struggling humanity I promise that we will post more full lessons. Blessings, David Zemach-Bersin
When I relax even before I am invited, and make my own breaks while curiously looking for changes that I can already feel in my body, then I feel like an experienced Feldenkrais practitioner 😂❤
Absolutely wonderful lesson, thank you so much.
You are so welcome! Glad you liked it!
Thank you!
This was recommended to me, as a hEDSer, just an FYI for any other zebras: This is Lesson 7. You can buy the free lessons, and it looks like it builds up to this. I don't think even my physical therapy program limbered me up enough for this movement. Looking forward to Breathing with Ease and Rolling with Ease. Maybe I'll be Turning with Ease in a few months 😀
Hope you enjoyed Easy Breathing and the rest of the workshops in the series.
Enlightenment at its best remarkable thank you
Thank you, Tina!
