Does ngk iridium spark plus produce high heat range then stock spark plug in NS200? If yes then may high heat range damage electric components? Wii it safe to use these NGK spark plug in long term use
Ngk iridium is the costly spark plug and they are used pure combustion of petrol in engine to produce more power delivery and quick throttle response.. There is no issue of heating the engine and u'll not get any problem by installing this plugs . You can blindly buy these and install it for better performance... Nothing electronic components will damage Don't worry abt that...
For NS200 Official required gap of spark plug 0.7 to 0.8 mm..while ngk provides 0.9mm. Does it necessary to adjust the gap of ngk plugs? Large gap may damage piston or cylinder head.

plug gaps that are recommended by manufacturer shows a reference only, if gap gets wider it may misfires the combustion which is a waste of combustion cycle, what does gives you the idea that it damages the piston or cylinder head, yes its only a myth.. but remember to use the specific plug size (not the electrode gap) , too short or too long plug that can damage the piston and that is a fact..

Bro last month I went to hill area and... The route was very uphill and I found that mine ns200 having problem to move forward. So I just want to ask that should I used to change my spark plugs and something else to make it's performance nice? As I'm planning a trip to badrinath temple so for that I'm asking for some suggestions from you if you don't mind 🙂
Firstly switch to motul 7100full synthetic engine oil 10w40 (and also oil filter) + change your spark plugs all 3, if you want iridium then it will be more better + if possible change your air filter at every 6000-7000km + change your coolant + adjust your chain slacking + grease your both wheel bearing + and most importantly clean your carburetor with carburetor cleaning liquid spray or use petrol also and clean it's all small holes and mixture screw compartment..!!! Do this all you'll never face any problem 💪
It's complicated to open the mother spark plug. I would suggest you to get it opened by experience mechanic. Hardly they will charge 100rs. But DIY is complicated only for the mother plug

Apace spark plug cost 150 rupees and this is 700 rupees so u can see the different in price and product also, I've got much improvement in my bike as I've mentioned in the video and this plugs runs upto 15,000-20,000 kilometers.
