Bhai mene aaj local mechanic se service karvaya...carb clean kiya...but after i came home ...mene notice kiya ki carb tuning ka vo black button hi missing hei....bike start ho raha hei...lekin idle pe band ho jaraha hei...
Bhai aap thoda rpm tezz kardo but apko carburettor khol kar set karna hoga kyoki idle screw nikl gaya hoga
Bhai.mere rpm screw se 3000 rpm tk jata hi nji hai or setting 3 full trun hn air fuel mixer screw ke
Bhai ho sakta hai apka rpm screw kharab hogya hoga but rpm screw se full rpm kabi nahi jata hai jab rev karte ho tab full rpm jata hai
Bhai new carrbourator hai 2.5k rpm ke upr ni jjata hai pta ni q isi wjha se tuning nhi kr pata hun

Aap koi ache mechanic se check karwao brother ns 160 ka carburetor abi tak mene tune nahi kia
How much turn need afr screw to turn for perfect tuning the carburetor of 200NS? Count the turn from fully closed afr screw.
Completely Close air screw then turn anticlockwise 6 round
Full close Kiya tho kya hoga bhai bathavo
@@Blinkbiker ek problem aur resolve kara dijiye, ns200 ke intanke ka 0.05 mm aur exhaust ka 0.08 mm adjust karaya phir bhi tic tic sound engine hot hone par aa rhi hai, kya tappet sahi set nahi hue hai ya timing chain or tensioner ka problem ho sakta hai..
@DCMISKD thoda sound tho ata hai engine garam hone ke baad agar jada sound ata hai tho side play rakhwa ke adjust karwa lena
Valve check karo Mera b same problem tha heat hone pe sound aata tha @@DCMISKD
Ns 200 chadai ya dalan dalna ka bad mising krna lagta hai plane road per normal chalta hai koi mising ni krta is mai kya problem hai
Carburettor mein check karo petrol proper ja ra hai ya nahi
