They should look at Canada the University/college to Permanent Resident route has brought them into a housing and job crisis. This is not going to bring any new jobs to USA. Not every person who studies at a US university goes back home to make millions or end up creating a billion-dollar startup. They should focus on taking care of illegal immigration and invest more within country to create jobs for people who are already paying them taxes.
