Yes I buried my mother's ashes/ chipped bones in Oct. I seen big pieces of bones in her bag. I am 72 this month and I have to decide if I want to be buried 6 ft under then worms eat me or burnt and put in a darn mixer. What a darn choice after living all these miserable years. Got to have a sense of humor.
I'm sure you could. Another suggestion is, if you have a trusted friend who didn't know or barely knew your deceased loved one(s) to do it for you since they wouldn't be emotionally attached at all or much to this person/them. Just a thought.
i recently saw my uncles ashes (i'm 12) and it scared me so bad, I'm still scared but im not sure why. It freaks me out how they were white and lumps were in them, I expected smoothly grinded grey ashes but it terrified me even though he was my favorite uncle. Pls help
I took care of my fathers ashes and agree it was a bit “freaky” as it was basically his remaining bones ground down but that’s all it was, in my mind it was just the remains of a body that he had no more use for and those bits were not him. Just the same as those ashes are not your uncle just the remains of a shell that was no good to him anymore. Try and find peace in a little comforting broader perspective that our bodies are just vessels for the souls and when our souls need to go we just move on and disregard them into hopefully a higher and more peaceful place of true existence. God bless.
@@whatahwatwhaat I lost my friend and recently got his ashes. I was also shocked by the bones and it made me cry. Now I am just glad to have a piece of the vessel he used while he was here with us. Im glad to hear you are doin ok. Im very sorry for your loss.
I have never spread ashes before,it will be a first for me next Monday we are going to spread my nans ashes, does everyone spread them or just one person?Do you have to wear gloves?
It is weird to think that those ashes was a living breathing feeling person once and that one day we will all be ashes, but the real person is on the inside and the body just a shell.
Hello Tina. Firstly, I hope everything goes well for you on Monday. The way you choose to scatter is entirely up to you. If everyone present would like to scatter then thats the way it should be, if you all decide that you'd prefer for it to be just the one designated person then so long as you all agree then that's the way to do it. Best advice is to choose a spot thats not too windy and not to stand downwid. As for the wearing of gloves, that is 100% personal choice but there will be absolutley no harm in the cremated remains touching your skin. I do wish you all the best.
TinaLovesJesus....Hi tina you do whatever you feel comfortable with them.... only YOU know the answer to your own question,I know you will make the right choice.
My brother is harassing me to acquire my parents' ashes. How to make fake human remains: diatomaceous earth and a little bit of kitty clay litter (non clumping) makes a very convincing human remains. My brother is CATHOLIC and he demanded my parents' ashes so he could do a funeral which his religion dictates (they believe it's a "sin" to keep the remains) -- but neither of my folks wanted to be buried. SO to honor my parents' wishes I gave my brother diatomaceous earth with some kitty clay mixed and put it in a giant broiling baggies and he could not tell the difference, and he can just leave me alone.
I might do this... my husband's family are such hypocrites and hurt him so much that I might just keep him with me. A loving home and not in some cold ass utah cemetary!
I plan to be cremated and my husband want a Christian burial. Whomever die first will respect the others wishes. I want my ashes buried beside my husband's coffin or within the coffin if I die 1st. Just whatever.

I know this comment is from two years ago but I'd like to give my opinion. No, a classic "haunting" only happens when someone dies on the premises. Ashes are not haunted since ashes are not the location of where the person passed on. I hope that helps in some way.
Well, when death strikes, it'll be just like how you fall asleep every night without your knowledge and without any pain. That's what the death will be . It'll be more painful if you get injured and then survive ( the whole process of recovery )
Ugh. People like you that hold the moral high ground. I respect what the deceased wanted. Glad that you can carry on being sickened..cause cremations will never stop in this over populated, disease ridden world that god created.

Human remans/ashes are disgusting and must be buried and not kept at home or anywhere above ground!
And by the way, GOD doesn't really like cremation, read the Book of Amos:
Judgment on Moab, Judah, and Israel
Amos 2: 1 This is what the LORD says: “For three transgressions of Moab, even four, I will not revoke My judgment, because he burned to lime the bones of Edom’s king. 2So I will send fire against Moab to consume the citadels of Kerioth. Moab will die in tumult, amid war cries and the sound of the ram’s horn.…
Human remains are unclean and unclean/occult/accursed things attract demons and give them a foothold. Do your own research on these things, look up the occult objects list!
What a stupid question
I'v heard you can have your ashes made into a sword. Is this true? If so, is it pricy? Thanks!
yes this is true and its about £1500
I thought it would be a lot different. Imagine my surprise when I seen tiny pieces of my buddy's bones. Ha. Lol I'm very sad.
I’m sorry you are sad.
are there columbarium buildings in the UK?
Im a gamer but i just wanted to know what they are
Hi I bought an Urn and cant leave it out of the dispatch box because it has an awful smell..Any ideas of what it is please..!!!
it may be the lacquer so might need to be out the box for a while
@@countyfunerals Thankyou.❤
Okay.... Do you get a little ashes from all bodies ever cremated in same oven??
thanks
no its allways one at a time
My question was not covered in this video. I wanted to know if there are any laws against the spreading of ashes. I was told it is illegal to spread them in public places such as beaches ...
Each state has their own laws, but In general, public spreading of ashes is illeagle.
@@baileylynn6481 I talked with a funeral home near me and they said it is legal to spread them just about anywhere except public parks.
Only illegal if you get caught.
That's weird. Not like you gotta worry about disease at that point.
@@nothanksplease kinda what I thought as well
My mums ashes have a 5cm piece of bone i can see in the clear bag. Should that be right??
Don't think so...
It definitely wasnt right. I had to have Mums ashes re-processed so i can scatter them as there was metal in there as well. Its disgusting what they did and that they said they did no wrong.
That's disgusting how they said that. If there's metal in there as well you'd think they'd be able to see something clearly went wrong..
@@leigh6223 Exactly Leigh. Im glad i looked before i went to scatter the ashes or i wouldve been more horrified. The Funeral Directors who helped me are heroes and restored Mums dignity. My Dad died just 2 1/2 months before Mum so its been a bit of a struggle this year. Cheers
Less offensive listening to a Brit describe the process...
Can u ask a funeral director to seperate ashes for family members as I don't think I could do it myself
I'm sure you could. Another suggestion is, if you have a trusted friend who didn't know or barely knew your deceased loved one(s) to do it for you since they wouldn't be emotionally attached at all or much to this person/them. Just a thought.
most funeral dirctors or crem staff will do this for you
i recently saw my uncles ashes (i'm 12) and it scared me so bad, I'm still scared but im not sure why.
God bless.
@@Luton-Mick Thank you, It's dawning on me that he is at peace now and that isn't him. I appreciate your time, God bless.
TinaLovesJesus....Hi tina you do whatever you feel comfortable with them.... only YOU know the answer to your own question,I know you will make the right choice.
sorry but the ending made me laugh. lol.
Do I need help from a funeral director i I want to transfer some ashes to a necklace?
no you gan do it yourself
Buried
I mean do it smell
I sow a bloody box like that
What is dead ashes thou? What do they mean
Is it okay to mix some ashes with some weed and smoke on that special day.
I'm a afraid to died💔😥
It is human nature,I think we are all afraid, as death is unknown 💞
How terrible!
Job well done, keeps everyone happy.
My ghoulish sister in law and her creepy friend want to borrow my sisters ashes for a celebration of her life. I’m using your recipe and giving that to them. My sister isn’t a party favor.
I find it quite disturbing that a human body is reduced to dust
The Bible tells us from dust we were made and to dust we shall return ✝️💜 I'm not getting cremated though.
Doe the ashes get contaminated with other ashes.
Barbaric if anyone loves anyone how can they burn them like a bit of rubbish
no
Hi
Nicole Z Plays hi
I just want to know if it’s possible if my dads ashes can be haunted
I hope my moms are. It would be nice to have her around
Yeah my grandpa has his dad ashes on his house
I know this comment is from two years ago but I'd like to give my opinion. No, a classic "haunting" only happens when someone dies on the premises. Ashes are not haunted since ashes are not the location of where the person passed on. I hope that helps in some way.
I'm afraid to die so I don't think about it 😭
But you will one day cuz your alive and life gotta end at some point so you got no choice buddy
I am scared to die aswell
Well, when death strikes, it'll be just like how you fall asleep every night without your knowledge and without any pain. That's what the death will be . It'll be more painful if you get injured and then survive ( the whole process of recovery )
my aunt flat lined and saw doctors working on her to bring her back
It still creeps me out. To each his own, I guess. Lol
The only way we turn into ashes is if we burn
Those are not cremated remains, I have 3 family members in my home all who have been cremated and they do not look like that at all.
Omg this is so creepy
Told my wife to just flush mine down the toilet
Its amusing how americans have a product for everything... There is a tendency to complicate simple things and portraying them as sophisticated.
All your doing is putting a bunch of crumbs in a box so you can be even more depressed🤦🏽♀️
Sickening. The human body is made in the image of God and should never be burned!
Ugh. People like you that hold the moral high ground. I respect what the deceased wanted. Glad that you can carry on being sickened..cause cremations will never stop in this over populated, disease ridden world that god created.
Better to rot in the cold ground?
That seems worse to me.
From human to cigarette ashes....
😄

Yes I want to be cremated when I die i want my bones burned into ash completely now I'm not sure who's going to keep it but I can assure you this is exactly what I want when I enter the next world.
Why
