LOL, he saved his favorite the trash crash for last and all on its own. The 10" splash and the trash really stand out on their own great sounding! Am I wrong though if I say this though, maybe my ear.isn't trained like Larnells, but I still prefer a brighter bell on a dryer ride? I can't figure out everyone going to duller resonating on the rides. I sure understand though for quieter venues like piano and only drums, churches but just need help to learn the dry ride dull sound as far as the bell area.
So funny, Zildjian used to make these back in the 90s and no one wanted them. Now that Meinl has made dry cymbals all the rage I guess they're back. Personally I think they sound like dirt but that's just me!
