High-protein flour 500 grams 0:25,
Powdered milk 20 grams 0:27,
Yeast 5 grams 0:30,
Eggs 2 (about 60 grams each) 0:38,
Milk 250 grams 0:43,
Sugar 60 grams 0:48,
Butter 30 grams 0:59,
Salt 2 grams 1:01,
Cheese slices and mozzarella cheese: proper amount 2:43,
About the liquid ingredients above, it’s the best to use cold ones in hot days.
• Baking temperature(for an 80-liter oven): preheat the oven at 160 degrees for top heat and bottom heat. Keep it on middle rack of oven and bake it for about 15 mins. A smaller oven usually provide more heat, therefore we suggest reducing the temperature by 5 degrees for every 10-liter reduction in oven capacity.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。
