Tanner, I’m so inspired by your story. Before the onset of my chronic symptoms a few months ago, I lived a BIG life. But it required 100% high sympathetic energy all the time. What inspires me about your story, is that you’re clearly living a big life with a young family, running a successful business, launching online courses, RUclips and podcast, traveling. And yet you’re able to do that without a return of chronic symptoms. This gives me so much hope that in time I can get back to a richer life again, but this time leading with ventral vagal energy. Thank you for incredible education.

I'm so glad my content is helpful. Learning to live big again with less sympathetic activation is key. Keep going with the healing work!

Thank you for this video. This is a topic/issue that seems to be a commonality with many of my clients.

Lovely podcast on dizziness. I thought hyperacusis was a topic that would be covered too? Is that a TMS condition? I haven't heard of too many success stories.
