Honestly, the background isn't even a big deal. I rather see it like that than a basic backdrop that almost every other RUclipsrs use! Btw your makeup is on point Tati. 😊
I would LOVE a dry shampoo hot or not. I struggle trying to find dry shampoo that doesn't leave my hair greasy and doesn't make my brown hair white/gray. (I have fine, wavy hair, and I've tried Klorane, Not Your Mothers, Amika, and I have a Living Proof sample to test out.) Please help us! I wouldn't spend $44 on a dry shampoo unless it had more product/lasted a long time, and was magical.
I don't know for sure...but I did test at whole foods once Acure brand dry shampoo and it didn't make my dark blonde/light brownish hair go white 😘👍✌️ i dont have much hair to even style anymore 😂 but if I DID! I'd probably like to blow out those waves and be low maintenance like this with some dry shampoo :) something to look forward to as it grows back 😜✨
Mariah Railsback the batiste is good I have brown hair it leaves a little bit of a white cast but all you have to do is your fingers through your hair after spraying it and it's gone
hallyuniverse definitely! My fave hands down! Although even the brown one leaves a slight white/grey-ish cast in my hair... Guess I'm a very dark brunette
hallyuniverse I used to love that one. But then I realized that when i would run my hands through my hair later on I would have brown residue all over my finger nails and hands
Yes. Yes. YES! I have a very oily scalp and am shocked when people say they go days without shampooing. I can't even go ONE DAY! Dry shampoo does not seem to work and would love to see a video of your favorite hair products!
I used to have a very oily scalp as well but over the last year and a half I've really cut back on shampooing. I typically go 3-4 days. Day 2 I don't need dry shampoo, but day 3 I usually do. In the beginning I'd use dry shampoo daily to combat the oil. It takes time, but eventually your oil will slow down production - at least that is what appears to be happening.
Melinda Braun I feel you. I have thin, fine hair. If I don't get my hair highlighted blonde every few months, my hair looks greasy within 12 hours. I've tried my friend's dry shampoos because I don't buy products unless I know they're going to work, but my hair is essentially always un-rescueable by the end of the day. Totally frustrating because doing my hair is always a pain, and I don't want to wash it every day but it's unavoidable for me. 😩
Michelle Minton You have to work up to not washing your hair every day. I used to think the same thing, but now I go about 3 days between washes. You go through a nasty phase and a phase that you have to dry shampoo more often, but I swear it gets better. Stick it out!
I use the CHI 44 Iron Guard and have for years and it works really well! I had the problem before too with heat protectants leaving my hair greasy, but not that one!
I loose that background, it's sooo pweettyy! and def. do another video about dry-shampoo! I'd love to hear your thoughts on some of the more affordable brands :D
Just finished watching this WTF and really the background??..it's fine..it's the products you talk about and you we watch..(that didn't sound creepy)..bought dry shampoo before but holy moly it's like hairspray!!..not sure if I'd want to spend that much but thanks for this one!!..loving your vids girlie
Lynnzy Blanton I love it too. Love that it doesn't have bad chemicals as I've switched all my beauty products to non toxic/cleaner versions and was happy I didn't have to give this one up. Liked a Dry Bar's but it has Talc and you don't want to inhale that stuff. Which you can't help with dry shampoo.
Lynnzy Blanton It's so expensive though. $22 for 4.0oz that puts it just under what this stuff is. Don't get me wrong, I loved it, but I wash my hair every 3 days. That stuff runs out in a week.
Honestly, Batiste dry shampoo is my favorite. It's super affordable and works really well for me. I'm a blonde, so I don't know if it works as well for brunettes. I love it, though.
Also, I don't think I would EVER spend $44 on a dry shampoo. There are so many affordable good ones out there!! I splurge the most on eyeshadow palettes. I'm addicted to buying them.
I like how she's committed to every video like she doesn't just spray it then end the video she checks in every now and then so we get the real review 💞
Destiny Munoz you're not doing it wrong. I absolutely hate it. I hate the incredibly artificial cherry smell, perfumey smell, the colors always look off, I hate the grittiness it leaves. I think the salon grafix dry shampoo is waaaaayyyyyyyy better.
Destiny Munoz all I use is Batiste and I love it. I have tried many high dollar DS's and always go back to Batiste! I just stay it on in sections then bend over with hair hanging down and run my fingers throughout the flip my hair back and it looks great!
Btw I love Tati that was not a comment against Tati just the dry shampoo. Btw, I don't watch the videos for the back drop. I watch the videos because I 💖 and trust Tati!!
Oribe makes really spectacular hair products. Their texturizing spray is a top seller and is freaking awesome for textured hair styles. Myself and many of my friends use it.
The products I tend to splurge on the most is skin care. Expecially the kind that stays on your skin all night long. I think it's the most important. Second would be foundation. I just haven't found any drug store alternatives that I like for my dry skin.
Momma Bear try the Healthy skin foundation by maybelline! Works wonders for my dry skin, lasts all day, and provides full coverage! The healthy skin concealer is great too!
Momma Bear after trying various others, I bought the rimmel 25 hour lasting finish foundation (it's got a red cap and it has a pump) and I think iv finally found my hg. It covers great and its like a moisturising gel type foundation. I have oily combo skin but it is quite shiny so I have to use a fair bit of powder to set it, so I think it would suit dry skin as well. The finish is so nice. Oh and I applied it with my hands instead of a brush or sponge.
My favourite dry shampoo is Lush's No Drought, it smells divine, it does its job and it's only $13.50AUD. It lasts me ages and I use heaps of it once a week - I only wash my hair once a week, and it manages to keep my oils at bay with just one use. Way better for your scalp too because it's made with cornflour and beautiful citrus oils. LOVE IT!
Yes Please!!! I use dry shampoo. Every one I tried, it leaves a white powder on my hair. I have dark hair as well! Would love to see a Drug store video of the best Dry Shampoo! Splurge Item: Good Face Moisturizer & Indi Nail Polish!
Melissa Moretti- Stoops I agree with her ^ I have never been able to use dry shampoo until the Baliste for brunettes, and I have very dark brown hair. The only down side I've had is I have a white pillow and I use it too much it does tend to transfer on to the pillow, but you know showers. 😉
Hell no I would not spend $44 on the regular! They are out of their damn minds lol! Living proof makes one for about $22 and that's expensive but it's such great quality that it's worth it to me. I love these videos!!! Thanks for the honest feedback Tati!!!
Also, don't worry about what people are saying about your background, what you are presenting and what you have to say is more important. I would love to see a hot or not about dry shampoos as well since I am always on the hunt for a great one. Nothing I've tried compared to living proof but you're right, there's so many out there.
I spent the most on skincare. Well mostly moisturizers. I'll be a little cheaper with cleansers because they aren't on the skin very long, but serum and moisturizer and masks I spend more since my skin really drinks them up. I want them to be effective and not full of icky ingredients. Everything else is 90% drugstore.
Tati, I don't know what it is about the lighting in your bathroom, but you have been looking STUNNING in the past few videos. You genuinely look like someone glamorous off a tv screen 😍
For some weird reason, hair product is one thing I don't wanna spend more than like 10 bucks on LOL. I am willing to splurge lots of money on foundation and skin care items but not for hair products.....
Tati please do a review of the GENAISSANCE DE LA MER THE SERUM ESSENCE!!!!! Its $650 i want to know if its worth the investment!!!! Please and by the way your amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
Courtney Hager according to the website apparently everything magic in a bottle lol jk this is what the website claims it does: "What it does: its ultimate potency, creating an advanced formula that infuses skin with the life-generating energies of the sea. In moments, genesis begins. Rejuvenation becomes reality." And also claims to minimize pores wrinkled lines within the moment you put it on so I want to see if it's actually true
$650 is like 2 and a half car payments... almost the cost of my rent! That is insane! I looked it up, and you only get an ounce! For that price I better get a new face!
The best dry shampoo is Not Your Mother's! I swear by it and have been using it for years! I have unusual dyed hair (yellow and green) and I only wash my hair maybe 3x a month, and I use dry shampoo just as much as you do, Tati, so I completely understand everything you're talking about!
Doesn't your hair get get greasy and flat? I can only get away with, maybe, washing it every three days. In the summer I have to wash it at least every other day, least it gets flat and ugly.
Cristina Balan sometimes but honestly the NYM completely refreshes it and takes away all the oils and gives it body. It really works for me. Also my hair isn't very long, it's chin length on one side only, plus I'm really generous with the product.
YES! please do a hot or not on drugstore dry shampoo!! I have a couple I love, but I also have problems with the sprayer on many of them, they literally just stop spraying product & just spray aerosol even though the bottles full!! I would not spend $44 on a dry shampoo! Maybe if I was rich!
brookekelly oh thank you! I have the Batiste Dry Shampoo and it does not work on my roots at all! It still leaves it oily and greasy. I know a lot of people rave about it but I don't like it that much.
I splurge on perfume! My fav is the estee lauder private collection tuberose gardenia perfume. It smells very floral and elegant like a mixture of jasmine and gardenia flowers!
It lingers throughout the rest of my day and even after I take a shower, i can still smell it. But unfortunately, its 100 and something bucks! "Das espensiveeee" says Kathleen Lights
Coffee. At college they sell this mint mocha frappe for $5.55 and it's only 16 oz. I get it whenever I have class and if the coffee shop is open. It's get pretty expensive if you add it up. I've tried to make it at home, but it's either too minty, too chunky with ice, or whatever.
I understand! I splurge on the Oprah Chai Latte at Starbs/Teavana and it's like $6.50 but I can't afford to splurge like that often on my student budget
veronica leal the prices differ by store. Just in my area one Dunkin has $2.99 iced coffee and another has $3.99. I've never seen a large go that cheap here.
Malli Make I never really had acne but these past years I have been really stressed and I have been breaking out so bad, my cheeks were always red and I had a lot of texture (which I never had before) but I have been using this serum for more than six month and my skin is looking good! My complexion is more even, the texture on my skin is less visible and my nose is really smooth too! And my face is really glowy and "healthy" looking ☺️ I changed my diet also (more vegetables and fruits, no more sodas) so it may have helped too but this serum is really good! My skin will never be like it was before (sigh) but it's not as bad as it was last year 😊 I hope I helped! By the way I have dry skin, and it's really hydrating ! So good! 😊
Your makeup is gorge! I've tried this product before & was not Impressed at all. Please do a video on what u think is the best dry shampoo because I desperately need one girl! Thanks so much! 😘
Tati, I love Dove's dry shampoo...I used to use Pantene, but I definitely like this one better. I've also used "Not Your Mother's" version...which I liked about the same as the Pantene.
It's funny because my splurge is Oribe texture spray. Thanks for saving me from buying the dry shampoo because I would have had to have tried it. My favorite dry shampoo is Amika but it's still a little pricey so I usually use my 2nd fav which is Batiste. I'd love to know if there is anything at the drug store as good as that since a lot of higher end ones don't even compare. You didn't mention what your favs were- I would have loved to know!
I splurge on skin care.. Usually face masks lol I don't know why I feel like its okay to splurge on skin care, but I can't make myself splurge on makeup.
try rice rolls as masks for brightening. I like mediheals. I wait anxiously for the buy one get one free sale and buy 2 boxes twice annually (1 year supply lol).
HeyImValarie18 eh kbeauty is a mixed bag. But cost-efficiency they win by far! And actually I advocate for no more than 3 items in one's skincare routine. My skin has transformed in just one week!
I've never used dry shampoo and I do have a big problem, because my hair is getting very dry because I wash it every day. Does dry shampoo do any damage to it?
Linda Barrientos dont quote me on it but i think thats the purpose of dry shampoo. So you dont have to wash your hair all the time and strip off all of your natural oil on the scalp
I have wavy hair and it doesn't combat like any frizz or help with tangles. It does sometimes give some extra volume, but I've never really had a problem.
If you do a dry shampoo hot or not (which I would LOVE) I'd love to hear your opinion on Lush Cosmetics' No Drought. I work at Lush and a lot of people who come in swear by it, but since I've started using it I don't see the same results as good ol' Batiste. The only cool thing I've noticed is that it smells amazing (grapefruit and lime!) and makes your hair smell really fresh all day.
Hi tati could you please try the new Baby Soft Foot Peel by Boscia in a OMG? It looks really interesting! There is also another version that I think you can get on Amazon that is called Baby Foot. Maybe you can try one on each foot an compare or even just one is OMG worthy! Thank you xx
any other australias watch these WTFs and cry cause some of the prices are totally normal and considered normal within the australian makeup industry :( and paying $70-90 on a product isn't out of the ordinary....also i would splurge on a nice cheek or eyes palette cause i feel like you can do lots more with them and are worth the higher prices hehe
Yesss please do a dry shampoo video!! I loved Batiste but I actually don't want to use any dry shampoo product with aerosol in it (since I use it so often). I am working through a sample bottle of Bumble & Bumble's, which is a squeeze bottle that you just dribble onto your hair. That works okay for me daily but it isn't very targeted for when I want to do a nice 'do! I don't know of many others that don't have an aerosol spray though. And, my beauty splurge item is definitely body lotion and bath items. I love fancy bath bombs and then dousing my body in lovely scented lotions. I keep a steady bath bomb and lotion supply!
I really don't get that people complain about your background....#1 it's out of focus...so, what exactly are you upset about seeing? #2 I'm here for your reviews and opinions on products, I don't care if you're out sitting in a pile of dirt... it's the info I want!! :) Keep up the great job Tati! :)
I've heard it is, but I'm a blonde so I haven't used it myself. My brunette beauties say it's great though ;) Wish I could use it for the simple fact of smelling like chocolate!!
YES please do the dry shampoo video. I don't wash my hair everyday either and I have never used dry shampoo. So every time my hair is a little greasy, I just put it up in a ponytail. I would love to which is the best and how to use/style my hair with the products!
Jenny Bartz I actually like the brunette way more than the regular even though I've never had a white cast problem. It's actually a completely different formula! Who knew?
Am I the only one mesmerized by her fresh out of bed hair look? 0:59 "I clearly have not done anything with my hair". Excuse me!? I thought it looked amazing!
Tati is the real MVP for reading comments and actually using them for feedback. I feel like some people just use it to show popularity. Tati actually addresses the comments!❤️
After watching both this and the drugstore vid, I see no difference in your hair before/after with this stuff...it's not nearly as volumizing as the Dove or Nexxus.
i feel sorry that you had to take a minute to apologize about people not liking the background. people complain about literally everything and get bothered over absolutely nothing. if people complain about your background you shouldn't care. the video is you. you trying a product and whatnot. it's not focused on the background, the main focus of the video is you. if people are so put off by THAT than that's honestly incredibly sad. anyway............ i have an oribe dry shampoo and it makes my hair feel really sticky, it does feel a little heavy so maybe it's just their formula. i hear good things about a lot of their products. also i tend to splurge on things i already love and own from the drugstore. like if i love something that is affordable i'll go and buy like five more. it's a bad habit haha. i've done it with wet n wild brushes and my vegas nay grand glamor lashes.
I don't need to shower every day but sometimes my hair gets greasier than usual or I want to wear it down that day. Shampooing, conditioning, and rinsing my hair does take up an extra six or so minutes and then I have to let it air dry which is annoying. For Tati I think it's more that she blow dries her hair, so the shower and blow drying is at least twenty minutes of commitment where she can't do anything else and that's probably done in the morning
Tatiana Garza well the correct way to wash hair is shampoo 2x and leave the conditioner for 3-5min, then like she said, she blow dried her hair which is like 10min and Tati has an extremely busy lifestyle. It's really not that hard to understand.
fyoiagdt u dont shower everyday???? to me its just crazy how an extra few min in the shower for some ppl is way to much and not have to wash thier hair!!
Tatiana Garza for me it's not the time it takes to wash it in the shower. It's all the styling time afterwards. The blowdrying alone, for me, takes over 20 minutes. I have a LOT of hair. Then the flat iron. Dry shampoo is perfect for extending the blowout for a few day.
I splurge on things for my dog and cat :) lol and my favorite dry shampoo is Not Your Mother's Clean Freak... but DO NOT accidentally buy the unscented version. Smells like rubber. The original is fantastic. Then again, my hair is mostly blond so idk if it has a "white cast" on darker hair...
My biggest splurge item is the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black Dry Shampoo! I have naturally oily hair and go through dry shampoo pretty quickly too. Not quite $44, but it is $28 for dry shampoo about once a month. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely give it a go! It basically doubles as fragrance because the scent lasts in your hair all day.
That lip color is AMAZING on you!!
Jamie Paige Hi i follow your channel lol. Nice to see you pop up here
I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU
Jamie Paige love your videos!!
Totally agree. Very very beautiful and flattering!
hi jamie !!!!!
Honestly, the background isn't even a big deal. I rather see it like that than a basic backdrop that almost every other RUclipsrs use! Btw your makeup is on point Tati. 😊
Thank you Edith! xo's
I agree!
right!! complaining about the background is so petty. lol
Edith Mercado i just prefer it not all blurry like that it kind of makes my head hurt
i agree, the blurriness is a tad irritating :) but i do like how bright and fresh it feels!
Your fall look is killing it!
+bbvetromile Thank You! 💋💋💋
Do people seriously complain about the background?? Like who cares! I'm looking at Tati not the fricken sink
exactly like i actualy like the back round
imJZTme4EVAbitch exactly!!
imJZTme4EVAbitch I actually prefer this background because it has a more at home feel.
OML THANK YOU!!!
OMGGGG!!! thats what i was thinking

Mariah Railsback I have dark hair and I use the Tony and Guy brand.
Mariah have u tried the one from Lush, its called no drought and its super for dry and oily hair type and super cheap also.
Have you tried dove? That's my fav
I don't know for sure...but I did test at whole foods once Acure brand dry shampoo and it didn't make my dark blonde/light brownish hair go white 😘👍✌️ i dont have much hair to even style anymore 😂 but if I DID! I love the Batiste dry shampoo for Brown hair. The powder is brown so it doesn't leave a white cast, and it smells so good.
Yes!!! It's amazing
hallyuniverse definitely! My fave hands down! Although even the brown one leaves a slight white/grey-ish cast in my hair... Guess I'm a very dark brunette
Definitely my HG. Plus it adds a little bit of fill for my thin hair!
hallyuniverse I used to love that one. But then I realized that when i would run my hands through my hair later on I would have brown residue all over my finger nails and hands
How much is it?
Yes. Yes. YES! I have a very oily scalp and am shocked when people say they go days without shampooing. I can't even go ONE DAY! Dry shampoo does not seem to work and would love to see a video of your favorite hair products!

*sprays for 2 seconds*
Tati: "that was me sacrificing about 5 dollars"
I DIED IDK WHY 😂😂😂😂
I came to the comments just to see if anybody mentioned that. I love her so much
I don't even use or like dry shampoo but I still want the Hot or Not dry shampoo video because I'll watch any video you make! Xoxo
Also I splurge on skincare! One product I will religiously buy is the Sheiseido Ultimune Concentrate.
Could you go through all the makeup you own like a makeup tour
Kylie G that would probably need to be a series cx
envyadams12 she said she was doing that series so that she could do a giant makeup tour thing I think. I'm pretty sure she said that
I would love to see you do a hot or not on heat protectants because I can't find one that doesn't leave my hait greasy.
Sweet Little Madmaid tresemme has a really good one
I use the CHI 44 Iron Guard and have for years and it works really well! I had the problem before too with heat protectants leaving my hair greasy, but not that one!
Sweet Little Madmaid have you tried it's a 10? it's a little expensive but it's soooo good. and they have a rose scented one
Yes!!! I use this and it's so good!
The CHI is what I use. I like the its a 10, too.
Quick tip: if you put dry shampoo in at night and when you wake up, you won't have the white overcast and the oil will be absorbed :)
I loose that background, it's sooo pweettyy! and def. do another video about dry-shampoo! I'd love to hear your thoughts on some of the more affordable brands :D
+knowthyenemy Thanks for the feedback! Xoxo
knowthyenemy SAMEEEEE
Just finished watching this WTF and really the background??..it's fine..it's the products you talk about and you we watch..(that didn't sound creepy)..bought dry shampoo before but holy moly it's like hairspray!!..not sure if I'd want to spend that much but thanks for this one!!..loving your vids girlie
Angela Nunya
omg I meant to say I loove the background, stupid autocorrect :( But omg thank you for replying Tati! Day made! xoxo
My favorite dry shampoo is by Living Proof, I swear if there was ONE perfume I could make, it would be living proof scented haha. I love you Tati! :D
+Lynnzy Blanton I agree I love that stuff & it smells heavenly ❤️
Lynnzy Blanton I love it too. Love that it doesn't have bad chemicals as I've switched all my beauty products to non toxic/cleaner versions and was happy I didn't have to give this one up. Liked a Dry Bar's but it has Talc and you don't want to inhale that stuff. Which you can't help with dry shampoo.
I was going to comment this exact thing! I love the Living Proof Dry Shampoo!
Lynnzy Blanton where do you buy it?
Lynnzy Blanton It's so expensive though. $22 for 4.0oz that puts it just under what this stuff is. Don't get me wrong, I loved it, but I wash my hair every 3 days. That stuff runs out in a week.

Bailey Black thats my favorite too. Ive tried tons but always go back to batiste.
me too girl!
I'm a brunette, but they sell tinted sprays (which I use) to stop the white patches :)
the brown tinted one is my holy grail for my brown hair
a dry shampoo for $44 ? it better keep my hair on fleek until i die.
Rensoawk 😂😂😂😂😂✌🏻️
Rensoawk and for at least a week after you are cold in the ground!
I like how she's committed to every video like she doesn't just spray it then end the video she checks in every now and then so we get the real review 💞
I always splurge on skin care, foundation, and concealer. I think having a nice complexion is most important!
Also I've tried expensive dry shampoos and my favorite is Batiste.
sara beach Omg i love batiste! Is so much better than all the others out there
Omg! Tati, which lipstick is that!!?? It's soooooo pretty!! I just have to have it in my life right now!!!b👍🏼😜😘xx
Duh I'm such a dummy, I checked the drop box & missed it!!😱😳🙈👍🏼😂😂😂 thanks hun👍🏼😘xx
Tati, do you like the Batiste dry shampoo? I hear so many good things about it on RUclips but I absolutely hate it! Maybe I'm doing it wrong, hmmm...
+bmw8913 I use the tropical one and it smells like coconuts :0
Destiny Munoz i hate every dry shampoo it makes my hair looking even more messy, greasy. And it's also making my hair very stiff and heavy
I hate it too! But I really do love the not you mothers dry shampoo, it's a little more expensive than batiste but not $44 expensive lol
Destiny Munoz all I use is Batiste and I love it. I have tried many high dollar DS's and always go back to Batiste! I just stay it on in sections then bend over with hair hanging down and run my fingers throughout the flip my hair back and it looks great!
YES! DRY SHAMPOO SHOWDOWN!!! That would be fabulous, thank you so much.
Nobody needs a $44.00 dry shampoo. There are so many cheaper and good ones out there. Btw I love dry shampoo for the volume!!
Btw I love Tati that was not a comment against Tati just the dry shampoo. Btw, I don't watch the videos for the back drop. I watch the videos because I 💖 and trust Tati!!
Karen Dowling I personally would invest in 44$ in a good dry shampoo (I have intense oily hair)
Oribe makes really spectacular hair products. Their texturizing spray is a top seller and is freaking awesome for textured hair styles. Myself and many of my friends use it.
Karen Dowling any recommendations? :)
Lady W I personally love PSSSST!! They were the first to make dry shampoo. The original.
The products I tend to splurge on the most is skin care. Expecially the kind that stays on your skin all night long. I think it's the most important. Second would be foundation. I just haven't found any drug store alternatives that I like for my dry skin.
Momma Bear I have extremely dry skin what foundation do you use?:)
Kira sj I have really dry skin, too. I use the It Cosmetics CC cream. It is so hydrating and doesn't catch any flaking.
Momma Bear try the Healthy skin foundation by maybelline! Works wonders for my dry skin, lasts all day, and provides full coverage! The healthy skin concealer is great too!
Momma Bear after trying various others, I bought the rimmel 25 hour lasting finish foundation (it's got a red cap and it has a pump) and I think iv finally found my hg. i have dry skin my HG are estee lauder perfectionist or the MUFE Ultra HD stick foundation.
My favourite dry shampoo is Lush's No Drought, it smells divine, it does its job and it's only $13.50AUD. Try the Batiste dry shampoo for brunettes, it's tinted so there is no whitest :) I love it
yess! I want to see a hot or not. I havent seen a battle of the dry shampoos!

I agree with her ^ I have never been able to use dry shampoo until the Baliste for brunettes, and I have very dark brown hair. The only down side I've had is I have a white pillow and I use it too much it does tend to transfer on to the pillow, but you know showers. 😉
I've tried Batiste and I hate the scent. All of them are too strong
The "Not your mothers" dry shampoo (the non scented one) works very well as does not leave super white streaks in your hair....(I'm a brunette too)
Hell no I would not spend $44 on the regular!
Oh, also big splurge on getting my hair done. Usually only twice a year though.
Haylee Baird-Lira Exactly the same here!
The way my hair FEELS on the day I have dry shampoo in it, I just hate that feeling of slight greasy / grittiness 😝
It was kinda hard to see your hair against the black top.. I don't know- this seemed like a big waste of money....
Lol after watching all those WTF videos, $44 sounds like nothing XD
Kashika Singh couldn't agree more!!!
I agree I was like Meh! not so expensive 😆😆
Hoori Rujub ahahah yes girl!!
Kashika Singh omgeee right? I was like thats nothing. hahaha
yeah ))) BUT a bottle of dry shampoo lasts maybe a month if you use it every other day.
DAMN TATI you look so ffing good in this video!!!! Love the hair, the brows, the lips!
Nonono, I would not buy the dry shampoo even if it was the best of the best. Like I could buy so much food and makeup with that money lol 😂
Love youuu
Irene García Food and makeup. You have your priorities in order! 💞
Yesssss! :D
makeup ??? if I walked into Sephora with 40$ I would walk out with one product..
Adriana Dominguez there are more makeup stores and brands other than Sephora :)
Tati, I don't know what it is about the lighting in your bathroom, but you have been looking STUNNING in the past few videos. You genuinely look like someone glamorous off a tv screen 😍
I have to say I love my Batiste dry shampoo for $6.99 😊😊😊😊
My splurge is a good shampoo and conditioner ❤️
Jaime Thomas batiste has been proven that people are loosing their hair, just thought I'd warm you if you didn't know😊
does batiste leave a white powdery finish?
Me too ☺
not if you use the coloured ones:)
For some weird reason, hair product is one thing I don't wanna spend more than like 10 bucks on LOL. I am willing to splurge lots of money on foundation and skin care items but not for hair products.....
I'm the same way. I also will have a full glam face, and end up throwing my hair up in a shitty bun.
Ellen Lee when you have naturally curly hair, like 3-4 type, you have no choice 😩
Sara Ozuna ah, but the messy bun with some pretty earrings can look quite sexy and polished. Don't dis your messy bun! 💜
Same. I have really fine and frizzy hair. Also have a lot of hairfall. But all i put on my hair is shampoo and conditioner.
lulu Larifari girl me too. Life is too hard to add styling my hair into the mix.
My splurge items are foundation, face powder and face serums.
lol that's what I would do
Battle of the dry shampoo is a great idea! Please do it, I love hearing your opinions on products!
Tati please do a review of the GENAISSANCE DE LA MER THE SERUM ESSENCE!!!!! Its $650 i want to know if its worth the investment!!!! Please and by the way your amazing!!!!!!!!!!!
+
Maritza Garcia $650??? holy moly that would be the ultimate WTF video! what is it supposed to do?
Courtney Hager according to the website apparently everything magic in a bottle lol jk this is what the website claims it does: "What it does: its ultimate potency, creating an advanced formula that infuses skin with the life-generating energies of the sea. In moments, genesis begins. Rejuvenation becomes reality." And also claims to minimize pores wrinkled lines within the moment you put it on so I want to see if it's actually true
$650 is like 2 and a half car payments... almost the cost of my rent! That is insane! I looked it up, and you only get an ounce! For that price I better get a new face!
Courtney Hager I could not agree with you more!!
Balstist or however you spell it is only like 8 dollars for 8 ounces and it's cheaper it works magic 😍
And Omgish when she kept spraying it I was like no Tati That's like $15 dollars you just sprayed
Freaking Waffles You mean Batiste? :D
😂😂 yes lol I couldn't remember the exact name or how to spell it 😂
Freaking Waffles Haha :D anyways i love that stuff, it's literally Magic in a fucking bottle
Yes, Batiste! It has worked out better for me than any of the more pricey dry shampoos I've tried!
+Cristina Balan I'm confused too... I'll do only 3 x a week...but a month??? How??!!! Lol
Cristina Balan sometimes but honestly the NYM completely refreshes it and takes away all the oils and gives it body. It really works for me. Also my hair isn't very long, it's chin length on one side only, plus I'm really generous with the product.
comixdiscomix have you ever tried cowashing (washing with conditioner)? It's less harsh than shampoo
changingcolors91 i have mad dry hair which is insanely thick but cowashing just makes my hair feel gross
I love how Tati is honestly the most genuine beauty guru❤️❤️ Her videos are informative and helpful and of great quality.
Ur so perfect with this lip color 😍
Thank you!
+Tati so nice omg!!! Really suit
hey tati! Please do a review of the stainless steel mascara wand!!!
YES! please do a hot or not on drugstore dry shampoo!!
I have a couple I love, but I also have problems with the sprayer on many of them, they literally just stop spraying product & just spray aerosol even though the bottles full!!
I would not spend $44 on a dry shampoo! Maybe if I was rich!
Can you do a review on the Elizabeth and James dry shampoo from Sephora? Gigi Gorgeous says it's one of her September favourites.
brookekelly oh thank you! I have the Batiste Dry Shampoo and it does not work on my roots at all! It still leaves it oily and greasy. I know a lot of people rave about it but I don't like it that much.
Eden Sam and some of the scents are sickly, and the coloured one for brunettes leave dark smears on my pillow the night after?!
"Das espensiveeee" says Kathleen Lights
maya yammine I've seen that exact one at CCO for much less! Check it out if you can :)
Aubrey Holdover omg u just saved me so much money! Thank uuuu
Coffee. At college they sell this mint mocha frappe for $5.55 and it's only 16 oz. I get it whenever I have class and if the coffee shop is open. It's get pretty expensive if you add it up. I've tried to make it at home, but it's either too minty, too chunky with ice, or whatever.
Jessie Collins that's not too bad. Teavanna is $5 a cup as well. I get that and Dunkin donuts more than I should, lol
I understand! I splurge on the Oprah Chai Latte at Starbs/Teavana and it's like $6.50 but I can't afford to splurge like that often on my student budget
WishIWasTwelveteen you're the best! I'll try that!
veronica leal the prices differ by store. Just in my area one Dunkin has $2.99 iced coffee and another has $3.99. I've never seen a large go that cheap here.
I splurge on skincare!! The Sulwhasoo first care activating serum SAVED my skin!!
can you tell us more please? did it cure acne or what did it do for you thanks in advance
So good! 😊
I just ordered samples of the Sulwhasoo capsulated ginseng. I cant wait for it to arrive!
Your makeup is gorge! I've tried this product before & was not Impressed at all. Please do a video on what u think is the best dry shampoo because I desperately need one girl! Thanks so much! 😘
I love the drugstore dry shampoo idea!
I don't know why I took so long to subscribe to your channel.. but now I get excited every time I see you upload a video!! 💕
I love that lip color on you
You are so pretty
Love love LOVE your makeup in this vid!! So grungy and beautiful!!
Yes! Please do a hunt for the best, most affordable dry shampoo!!!!
Tati, I love Dove's dry shampoo...I used to use Pantene, but I definitely like this one better. I've also used "Not Your Mother's" version...which I liked about the same as the Pantene.
FYI, I'm brunette/dark reddish also...and the Dove doesn't leave a lot of white residue.
Kat's Pick Jewelry Batiste will change your life... Seriously.
Kat's Pick Jewelry I agree, Dove dry shampoo is great!
tati has talked about the Dove one. she used to use it but it's not her favorite.
oh my god the hair on that packaging is freaky! did it remind anybody else of The Grudge?!
yah me too
Emily Nesbitt 😂😂😂😂😂
It really bothered me too! I have such squeamish feelings over wet hair and it just reminded me of that!
csrvegas ll
Only the bravest will test out a dry shampoo wearing a black turtleneck.
I love batiste for brunettes and dove! they're my go to
and I tried a tresime (idk how to spell it lol) clay dry shampoo and I loved it
It's funny because my splurge is Oribe texture spray.
I love the set up! I like it being less dark and it feels professional! love you tati 💗
"So that was just me sacrificing five dollars." I literally laughed my ass off 😆
I splurge on skin care..
Thank you! I'll have to try it!
Sydney Tankersley Korean skincare in general is really great! Try cosrx products. So amazing.
Thank you!! I appreciate it! :)
No, it's literally just like powder. It washes out, it's like hairspray, you put it in, does its job and then wash it out.
and does it work to style it? I've got curly hair, that's why I ask.
I have wavy hair and it doesn't combat like any frizz or help with tangles. It does sometimes give some extra volume, but I've never really had a problem.
I'll try it then, any recommendations?
literally i appreciate your thought Tati! you always concern your subscribers! love you xoxo
WHY ?!?! DO YOU UPLOAD SO OFTEN ?!??! I NEED TO FOCUS ON MY TESTS
I can't stop watching your videos
Have a good workout!
Thank you for inspiring me every single day.
Love you!!!
#snapchatfam 👏🏼🔝
+Irene García yesss
"so that was me sacrificing $5 of product" I burst out laughing! Love you Tati! I hope you start feeling better! #snapchatfam 💜
not worth it BTW! You will ALWAYS get a 🖒 but this product gets a 🖓.
I feel your pain hahah 😭
I would be shopping online-Feel unique ships to Aus and Canada and I bought some australien items on sale w free shipping!
Um your average dry shampoo is not $44 there
i think you misunderstood....i said average makeup product, being foundation etc not dry shampoo
does tati reply to comments
yes ; ) as often as I can! Thanks for watching!
omgggggggg ilysm❤❤❤❤
i was watching your snapchat story and i saw my comment when you were scrolling down it made me so happy
Delta De Venus mine too😂
my love for HOLO not much
Yesss please do a dry shampoo video!!
What's the best dry shampoo you have?
I really don't get that people complain about your background....#1 it's out of focus...so, what exactly are you upset about seeing? #2 I'm here for your reviews and opinions on products, I don't care if you're out sitting in a pile of dirt... it's the info I want!! :) Keep up the great job Tati! :)
i actually use powder rather than dry shampoo 😂😂 it works so well
juli peters me too but it's gets so white and powdery mess on myself lol
For brunettes, you can use coco powder ;)
Cherish Collins is cocoa powder absorbing oil?
I've heard it is, but I'm a blonde so I haven't used it myself. My brunette beauties say it's great though ;) Wish I could use it for the simple fact of smelling like chocolate!!
+platosfriend you should mix corn starch and cocoa and use sparingly. But I feel that spray dry shampoos are still better
YES please do the dry shampoo video. I don't wash my hair everyday either and I have never used dry shampoo. So every time my hair is a little greasy, I just put it up in a ponytail. I would love to which is the best and how to use/style my hair with the products!
Tati you look gorgeous! That lip product your wearing is beautiful! 😍 I wish my hair looked like yours when I just rolled out of bed. 😂😂
I definitely need to get my hands on those Clinique lippies your wearing because they're beautiful.
My best dry shampoo is batiste for brown hair love it and it's only 6.99
Ps. I would never ever pay that much for a dry shampoo
I've never though of using dry shampoo pre-emptively before a work-out or bed!
My favourite drugstore dry shampoo - the Herbal Essences one in the orange can! You gotta try it. 😊👍
On another note, for "higher end" - Moroccanoil dry shampoo for brunettes. Weightless, smells amazing, and great for dark hair.
Not related, but I LOVE your lipstick!!!
After watching both this and the drugstore vid, I see no difference in your hair before/after with this stuff...it's not nearly as volumizing as the Dove or Nexxus.
yes i would love to see affordable dry shampoos. bariste blush is my favorite so far. i love it.
i feel sorry that you had to take a minute to apologize about people not liking the background. people complain about literally everything and get bothered over absolutely nothing. if people complain about your background you shouldn't care. the video is you. you trying a product and whatnot. it's not focused on the background, the main focus of the video is you. if people are so put off by THAT than that's honestly incredibly sad. anyway............ i have an oribe dry shampoo and it makes my hair feel really sticky, it does feel a little heavy so maybe it's just their formula. i hear good things about a lot of their products. also i tend to splurge on things i already love and own from the drugstore. like if i love something that is affordable i'll go and buy like five more. it's a bad habit haha. i've done it with wet n wild brushes and my vegas nay grand glamor lashes.
Early crew! First like! Xoxo, love you Tati! :)
xoxo
That lipstick is stunning on you! What are you wearing? Beautiful as always!
Rebecca Mamigonian it's a Clinique matte lipstick! She put it in the description box :)
Thank you Brittany! Duh, I should have thought to look there :) Thanks for the info though!
how do u not have time to wash ur hair when u shower?? its something that ive never understood
Genesis Gonzalez i still dont get it! what does personal cleanliness have to do with being busy??
Tatiana Garza for me it's not the time it takes to wash it in the shower. It's all the styling time afterwards. The blowdrying alone, for me, takes over 20 minutes. I have a LOT of hair. Then the flat iron. Dry shampoo is perfect for extending the blowout for a few day.
Your hair and makeup is GORGEOUS!! 😍😍
I really like the Oscar Blandi dry shampoo.
Me too! I love the powder one. It's the best dry shampoo I've ever used, and it lasts me a long time
Your makeup thooooo!!!!
Thank you!
CAN U PLEASE DO A MAKEUP COLLECTION VIDEO!????
Could you test the OUIA products? I love the wave spray but haven't tried anything else. I love the smell of OUIA.
Sarah Schouveller oh now you tell me lol. I bought the unscented and I thought it smelled like deodorant spray.
I love the background and the lighting. I dont know what people are talking about.
Today is both of my grandpa's birthdays
ok happy birthday to both of them
mazal tov!
YES!!!! Please do a review of all the dry shampoos. I'm always looking for a good drugstore one.
I can't splurge, I spend $30 a month on cat food
FoxyWhite bless
FoxyWhite Same.
FoxyWhite I spend $80 because my cat has leukemia and he's on a special diet.
Try 50$ LOL. not including the cost of litter, flea preventative, or treats and toys. Plus vet visits? l work to serve my cats.
Allison Moffett jesus thats a lot of money
PLEASE please please do it! I need a good one so badly.
the suave dry shampoo isnt good at all, doesnt work, and it makesmmy head itch like crazy
Emma Von Neither are the Tresemme or Dove dry shampoos. The only one I will do at the drug store is Batiste
Emma Von Neither are the Tresemme or Dove dry shampoos. The only one I will do at the drug store is Batiste
I hate the smell
suave works for me, but the smell is not too pleasant
I used to use the suave and hated how it made my hair feel. I tried the not your mothers one and ❤️ it
My biggest splurge item is the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Black Dry Shampoo! I have naturally oily hair and go through dry shampoo pretty quickly too. Not quite $44, but it is $28 for dry shampoo about once a month. If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely give it a go! It basically doubles as fragrance because the scent lasts in your hair all day.
Weird thought, but I feel like Tati could totally pull of a shaved head sinead o'connor style
you're right. I have never thought of that. :D
yeah what?!
Mina F it just doesn't seem like her style
But.. those ears.. i think she would look adorable 🐥🤗
