Batiste is great, it would have come in 3rd on this list but I wanted to challenge myself to find something that I hadn't already talked about a ton plus, my Target, CVS & Rite-Aid do not sell it, I have to buy mine from Naimes. xo's
I appreciate the fact that you talked about something other than Batiste. It's okay but it leaves a white cast unless you buy the brunette one. Thanks for doing this video. I really enjoyed it. XOXOXXO
Tati you're actually the reason I started using it, in fact I didn't even know dry shampoo existed 🙊lol anyways I got curious myself after sometime and started picking up all the other ones , but none of them worked out for me. I recently started using the specific one you had in said video for dark hair, it actually adds a hint of like Carmel to it, I'm loving it!!
Dang, I was hoping to see at least one of the Batiste dry shampoos in this as they're my HG drugstore dry shampoo. They even make a darker tinted one that has zero white cast and can be used to cover roots between coloring, and all of them smell amazing.
I had the exact same thought! But it maybe because you don't get Batiste at the "drug"store? Like at Target or CVS or Walgreens etc. And the title says this video is for drugstore dry shampoos more than it being affordable!
Thank you for doing this! You might consider doing a part 2 with Garnier Fructis, Batistie, Suave, Pssst, Not Your Mothers, Tresseme and L'Oreal- because I'd love to know how they compare!
Laura Ruth Z I'm actually not too crazy about the not your mother's one. I've used it a few times and I find I have to tump the bottle upside down when I spray to get any of the actually dry shampoo goodness. I honestly like the dove one waaaay better. that one is bomb!
PART 2 would be awesome!! But for now, I need that Pantene one!! I wouldn't want to get one with aluminium 😐. I have only tried the batiste big hair/volume, wtv its called (no idea if there is aluminium though, will check!) But it makes my hair sooo sticky, and I can barely brush it out. Also the residue is impossible to wash. I have to use diluted vinegar to melt it away if I dont wash it out the same day 😒. Ive been avoiding purchasing a different kind, because I cant waste my $$, and had no clue what would work for me.
Tati, could you please do an updated version of this?! I’m having such a hard time finding the Pantene dry shampoo - and there are so many new ones popping up at target that no one’s talking about. I trust your opinion, and it would be amazing is you review more newer drug store dry shampoos
The Hask detox/purify is really good! It's in a blackish bottle with yellow writing, and also the coconut one its pretty invisible in the hair unless you're spraying super close to your head for a long time. And the Nexxus one is still super good. 😁
Victory Ford Aussie and Batiste volume are another two brands that work well in hair but all the other Batiste ones have that powdered look just choose the volume one also I have heard about other brands like not your mothers as well
I think she has just mentioned it so many times in the past she may not have felt it necessary to do so again. And also yeah probably because its not drugstore
Will Cook to be honest the sampoo you mentioned actually looked worse on my roots than the regular one. and i dont even know why it looked so weird because its meant for brunettes
Aww Tati I was hoping you woulda reviewed the brands "Batiste" and "Psst"! Those are like everyones two favorites from the drugstore, especially the brand Batiste and I wanted to hear your opinion on those!
I used to love Psst but once I died my hair a darker color, it left too much of a white cast in my hair. I Love Batiste it's the best one I've found for the price and I love how they come in so many scents
yeah I agree on Batiste! It's such a staple, I'd even say it's probably the most popular dry shampoo period. I would have loved to know where in the spectrum compared to the other ones it stands.
Can you please do a best and worst heat protectors?? im trying to find a good one without alcohol (dries out my hair) love your videos Tati!! i hope that you make many many more in the future.
The Batiste dry shampoo in the scent "Blush" is my favorite. It comes in a few different scents and they ALL smell delicious, though. The bottle design is really cute, and the product itself is the best i've found. My hair is mostly dirty blonde but i keep my roots dark and theres no whitecast on the dark hairs. Don't even see the need to try any other dry shampoos as this already checks everything on my list & more.
ειρηνη Τζοβι You spray it on your roots and let it sit for about 30 seconds to absorb all the oil. Then finger comb and fluff it out really well. You shouldn't notice any white cast after. I don't and I have black Asian hair.
Hey Tati! 🌞 I struggle with damaged hair. Could you test drugstore "hair repair" products? This video was really helpful and I'd much rather take your word for it then go test all of them myself.
i know this is probably not down your alley but i was wondering if you could maybe do like a best face wash from Walmart or something but still cheap you know like where its totally worth every penny you spend on it i know you probably never see tis comment or even plan time to do this but i thought it was worth a shot to ask :)
I NEED a tutorial on your makeup today!!! This is PERFECTION! What makeup are you wearing today? The eyeshadow, OMG! The lip color, OMG! Help a girl out Tati, please!
You missed one, I use Fekkai Blow Out $7.99 also sold at all drugstores/Target. It does it all for me - dark brown hair, fine texture/ethnic hair. I finished a can already. No heavy sent or white cast.
For me, the not your mother's clean freak works very well. There are scented and unscented one. Plus, it is super cheap. It leaves a slight white however they disappear magically after 5 min.
Courtney Pollock She like it but she didnt want to mention it since she has talked about it a lot,to get out of the confort zone! 3rd place according to her comment
I'm the same. Today is washing day for the hair, but it's not even that oily (but because tomorrow is a busy day, have to wash). The only thing that's annoying when you don't wash it more often is when people smoke beside you and your head smells like cigarette for 2 days. Ugh.
Man, I wish I was like you! That's the ideal way to be, so much healthier for your hair. But since I wash it so often... it gets oily faster... an endless cycle ;-_-
Ally M during summer or holidays, you should try and space out washing your hair. Do it gradually, so that your scalp will get used to it (it takes 21 days for the oil production to change, apparently). Or use dry shampoo to elongate the times between which you wash your hair, put it in a poney tail or do a bun. Works wonders ^^
Weird tip, but I swear by cocoa powder. Like, literally from the baking aisle. Especially for brunettes and redheads. And you get to smell like chocolate!
It actually isn't as messy as you'd think. I've definitely had many dry shampoos being way messier. I use the tips of my fingers to dab the powder, then run it through the roots of my hair. Never had fall out from the hair itself; on my clothes or anything. I've only had it cling to my fingers- definitely wash your hands after. Make sure it is the super fine type of powder, not with added sugar or anything. I use Ghirardelli's dark cocoa powder. It's suuuuper fine.
the Aluminum is an antiperspirant. I find that I save money by using a loose makeup powder and mix with some baby powder and brush it on with a powder makeup brush then brush hair and style. It doesnt smell hardly at all unless you are right up against the hair and it is pigmented by the makeup so you can make it as dark as you want. I always use this for my bangs and hair part. I have also used it for my daughter in a pinch and works amazingly for her too.
I used to be obsessed with the brunette Batiste but it recently became hard to find. So happy I found this because finding a dry shampoo that's good, cheap and doesn't leave a white cast is so hard. Pantene here I come! Thank you!
Holy moly, I just love Tati so much 💕 She is so informative, genuine, and truly caring of her audience and I so much appreciate the effort she puts into each and every one of her videos. Thank you for being a part of my daily routine, I love getting ready and putting my makeup on while watching your videos! 😇 XO
Dry Shampoo is a white girl's best kept secret. Can't believe I never knew about this stuff before! As a black woman who wears braids for 6 weeks at a time, dry shampoo has been AMAZING!
I'd love to see this but with Volumizing sprays! :D have you ever tried the Batiste dry shampoos? They have several and I love them! They are normally about $7-8 at Ulta but I have found them at tj Maxx for $4.50 before.
Yes, Batiste is carried at Walmart. But even though I follow the directions on the cans, I must not know how to use dry shampoo. I have never, ever gotten good results. My roots stay oily, I get no volume and sometimes that dreaded white cast. I'd be willing to try the Pantene (b/c I'd only be 'wasting' $5) but I don't hold out much hope.... does that make me hopeless??!?
Section your hair, spray it at the roots, don't spray too close, leave to sit for a few minutes before massaging your roots like you would when washing, brush out with a natural bristle brush. I sometimes leave it in overnight if I know I won't be washing my hair the next morning. You might need to use a little or a lot, depending on the thickness of your hair and how long since it was washed.
Diane Welzel you might want to also change how you wash your hair in the shower. Start by first massaging water in your roots, then add dime sized amount of shampoo, massage then wash out, finally only condition the lower half of your hair. This will keep you from getting buildup in your hair that can let your scalp feel oily. Personally, washing my hair better has made me not have to use dry shampoo until the third day and even then it feels better when I do dry shampoo it. I would try this. Also keep any serums, leave-in conditioners, etc. away from the roots. Also look into the Brunette Batiste (Amazon, urban outfitters or ulta sell it) to avoid the white cast. Good luck :)
Thanks Lorna! I'm doing what you suggested but I think I'm spraying too close - thinking maybe a lot is better? I'll try it again your way. I won't give up on this. I feel I"m close to something good...just can't quite get it to work. And Julia R, I use massive amounts of shampoo b/c I've got such thick hair. I be sure to rinse verrry well and yes, I only condition from mid-shaft down for that reason. So far I get great results. I usually wash only about every 4-5 days b/c my scalp isn't that oily anymore and I don't want to wash my red down the drain. Thanks ladies!!
My hair gets oily after two days without shampoo. I use Batiste dry shampoo though it does leave a gray cast for me. Leaving it on overnight works best for me. Just a couple sprtizes at the roots the 1st night, then more the 2nd night. Massage it in but don't brush out, wake up to non greasy hair.
I LOVE the scent of the Herbal Essence dry shampoo. It's my favorite from the drugstore. I like it way more than Batiste. My hands down favorite of all varieties is the Living Proof dry shampoo.
I was going to comment the same, I really love this top! It's right up my alley! I haven't been shopping in forever, but it's on my radar now 😉 Her top interested me more than any of the dry shampoos lol!
I bought the Pantene dry shampoo and it sucks so bad. When you spray it there is no white cast which is good but it makes your hair feel soaking wet. And it does not dry down. And it didn't even absorb ANY of my oil.
the dove is definitely my favorite but I've tried the Pantene and it did nothing for me I've tried it so many times and It never gets rid of the oil in my hair
Alliee Raee same here. Never tried the dove one but the Pantene does literally nothing to my hair. Bought it months ago and haven't touched it since. Not your mothers is my go to!
Alliee Raee same here. I was surprised she was raving about it so much seeing as any time I've used it it's basically just like spraying hairspray in my roots. It makes my hair feel sticky and crunchy and gross without any oil absorption at all.
I completely agree! Dove is hands down my favorite dry shampoo & I have tried them ALL! Pantene just leaves a gross film/residue on my hair & makes it tangly without soaking up any oil.
i learned from ellebangs on youtube, that if you put dryshampoo on clean (dry) hair it will soak up any oil ur scalp produces so your blow out will last longer! its like a preventative measure instead of waiting for the oil to occur first.
I'm really sad you didn't include brands like Not Your Mothers and Batiste so that we could see where they compared to your favorite! Still a great video! Will be trying some new product now!
I just bought the pantene pro v dry shampoo and OMG TATI IS RIGHT!!! SO GOOD!!! I have always been a long follower of Tati and listened to her advice but INEVER go out and buy products because of her recommendations. TATI IS THE BESTT!!!!
This is UNBELIEVABLY helpful. I have only used tresemme and it has an AWFUL white cast and fallout. I thought dry shampoo just wasn't for me. I'm going to grab three of these and see which ones work best. Thank you!!!!
My favorite is Batiste but I'm wanting to try others... I've tried Dove and Not Your Mother's but after spraying them on my hair, it felt like I put hairspray in, like it was stiff and crunchy, so I'm very happy with Batiste, but I'm still trying around others... May try the Nexxus and Pantene now though
I like batiste dry shampoo. It smells really good and I don't think it leaves a white cast in my dark brown hair. I'll definitely have to give the pantene one a try though!
Danni Caboodle I tried Batiste once and couldn't stand the stuff, it made my hair sticky and the smell, I bought the cherry one, it smells nothing like cherry and it made me feel nauseous so I promptly threw it away.
Danni Caboodle you gotta try the original one! That's the best! I saw a tip to use cold air from your blow dryer to disperse product also! Worth a shot
Whenever I try something else, I always ending up just going back to Batiste. It's definitely my favorite...I prefer the original and don't mind the powdery white cast since I'm blonde. I can't speak to the dark hair version. But yes, Batiste is absolutely my favorite.
Went out and got the Nexxus tonight. Of course you're right, as usual. Smells amazing. Works well. I'm going to get the Pantene too, since I use dry shampoo so often I know I'll use them both up. Thanks for the recs!
Very very helpful! I color my hair...a very intense red that I love but red is very difficult to maintain. So, I try to only wash my hair twice a week. But I workout, my job in the medical field can be intense with long days... dry shampoo is a must. I've been using batiste...not the best. I was seriously considering trying higher end...had two of them in my online sephora cart. But THIS sounds amazing. Thank you for being the product investigator.
Daamn, I'm going to need to give the Dove dry shampoos a try. I haven't used Dove dry shampoo in like 6 years. My go-to dry shampoo is the Not Your Mother's since it's one of the few that doesn't leave a white cast and works. I also love that they have a scented and unscented version.
Just bought the Pantene one recently: smells bomb and is extremely lightweight/refreshing this is my first experience with dry shampoo and I'm not a huge fan of using hair products so this is a total win for beginners/people that don't like that gunky weighed down feeling that you get with mousse or gel but want to cleanse and volumize thank you Tati, once again you've saved the day!
she's admitted getting those things before though?? and she often gets lip fillers. i'm sure she takes good care of herself too, but she does get those types of procedures done, lol.
I've tried Batiste, Not Your Mothers, and Suave's dry shampoo. I bought the Pantene dry shampoo and it's the best one I've tried!! Thank you so much for your recommendations. I appreciate what you do for your viewers. 😊😊💕
I'm going to have to pick up the Pantene Dry Shampoo. I've been a devoted Marc Anthony dry shampoo girl for a long time but it's not quite as heavy duty as I would hope. I adore the smell of it though. Thanks for the tips!
7:46 - "If you're someone who doesn't want to buy a mousse, a dry shampoo, a texturizer, you know, but you want volume, just buy a dry shampoo." Wait..............WHAT? Hahaha
Videos .Galore I think she meant that maybe a dry shampoo can be a substitute for all 3 since it does offer volume and texture depending on which kind you use
You HAVE to try 'Batiste' brand! They have at least 4 different versions for light and dark hair among other options. I have tried about half of the ones in this video and I like it better than all of them! I get mine at CVS I believe :)
I have been testing a few in Germany and Batiste was definitely the winner. I like the tropical scent with coconut and pineapple. Also great is the Alterna Bamboo Cleanse Extend Translucent Dry Shampoo in Mango Coconut. It smells heavenly but is somewhat pricey and not really any better. I felt like it left a grey shine at my roots. Love your videos, Tati
I've always wanted to try that one. What hair type do you have if you don't mind me asking? My hair is fine but I have a lot of it and I find with some dry shampoos my hair feels even greasier after I apply it.
The Broadwalk OMG I thought I was the only one in love with the Klorane dry shampoo. It's the best one I've tried in years! Better than Batiste, Pssst and Dove. Definitely a holy grail
I have normal but greasy hair, not too thick, not too fine. But I do have a very sensitive scalp. The Klorane dry shampoo gets rid of grease so well without making my hair feel weighed down with buildup and super gentle on my scalp too. Loove it!
I have medium Brown hair and I can see the Pantene dry shampoo in my hair..i have recently switched to mark Anthony clear dry shampoo..no white residue and works well
tatiiiiiiiiiii can you please do a review about jessica alba "honest" products???? i keep hearing about it and you are the only one i trust their opinion
Tati, I watch all your videos when I come home from work, --- for like a whole year, my everyday after work ritual. I never leave comments, but you are seriously so beautiful in this video I had to say something. Your makeup is stunning.
Yes!!! I just tried the Pantene dry shampo and it's amazing (4.99$ target) I've tried the tresemme, Not your mother's and a suave dry shampoo but they leave so much residue (I have very dark hair) THANK YOU !!!!! 🙏🏼
i find all your videos so helpful and mindful of the consumers' spending power... recently moved to Canada and your videos have helped me find great make up and haircare products ... thank you for being honest and attentive to the needs of others.
Before I watched this video I literally bought myself a new dry shampoo 'not your mothers' dry shampoo and I hated it! Saw your video and went out right away to return what I bought and bought the Pantene one instead!!! I need to wash out the dry shampoo I have in and then I can try the Pantene one officially. I can't wait! Hope you're right! I don't like heavy feeling and very perfumey dry shampoos
Kimberly Painter I tried the Pantene and it is really nice! No white cast and my hair doesn't feel weighed down. It kind of reminds me of just a hair spray that's flexible. The smell is nice too! So, I'm happy I went out and purchased this.
randi sachetta wow..I am also Dove fan. Have curl shampoo and conditioner and their sensitive body wash really only brand that doesn't break me out and is affordable.
Tati, I swear it's like you made this video especially for me. I asked myself this question just 2 days ago and couldn't find an updated source. So glad you made this video! Thank you!
I love the dove dry shampoo but I stopped using it because of the heavy white cast. I switched to the batiste for brunettes but I hate the brown caste even more. It gets all over my hands and face. I'm going to try the Pantene one
suave morrocan oil infused dry shampoo is also sooooo good. i recieved it in a voxbox and ever since, I've bought 3 other bottles of it. i am back to using batiste, because batiste dry shampoo is awesome, but i now have two brands to choose from!
I do wish the comments section wasn't so full of "anti-chemical" ignoramuses... New flash, literally everything is chemicals, correlation does not equal causation. Please educate yourselves on basic science before you start giving advice on what is good or bad for your body...
I tried the Pantene and Nexus. The scent is a bit heavy for me, esp the Nexxus - if you like their shampoo/conditioner, it's pretty similar, but too sweet for me.
Batiste is great, it would have come in 3rd on this list but I wanted to challenge myself to find something that I hadn't already talked about a ton plus, my Target, CVS & Rite-Aid do not sell it, I have to buy mine from Naimes. xo's
Tati You're so pretty!!!
Tati Love Your Channel😍
I appreciate the fact that you talked about something other than Batiste. It's okay but it leaves a white cast unless you buy the brunette one. Thanks for doing this video. I really enjoyed it. XOXOXXO
Tati you can buy from Marshall or TJmaxx for $4.79 per bottle.

Kelly Lugosi's Dead all of them have a white cast on my roots. am i doing anything wrong?
You have to buy the ones that are for specific hair colours-I believe they have blonde, medium brown and dark brown :)
Kelly Lugosi's Dead when I use the one for dark brown hair every time I touch my hair I get brown gunk under my nails, which makes it a no go for me.
I had the exact same thought! But it maybe because you don't get Batiste at the "drug"store? Like at Target or CVS or Walgreens etc. And the title says this video is for drugstore dry shampoos more than it being affordable!
Maybe it's different in the US, but in Canada it's available at the drug store (and in Germany and France, too)!
Thank you for doing this! You might consider doing a part 2 with Garnier Fructis, Batistie, Suave, Pssst, Not Your Mothers, Tresseme and L'Oreal- because I'd love to know how they compare!
Laura Ruth Z Yes! Not Your Mother's is my fave! I was hoping she would try more brands.
Laura Ruth Z and the big sexy hair one!
Yes!! // ❤️
Laura Ruth Z I'm actually not too crazy about the not your mother's one. I've used it a few times and I find I have to tump the bottle upside down when I spray to get any of the actually dry shampoo goodness. I honestly like the dove one waaaay better. that one is bomb!

Ive been avoiding purchasing a different kind, because I cant waste my $$, and had no clue what would work for me.
If you flip your hair over & run your hair dryer until you feel your scalp is dry this usually gets rid of any white cast & adds tons of volume
Tati, could you please do an updated version of this?! I’m having such a hard time finding the Pantene dry shampoo - and there are so many new ones popping up at target that no one’s talking about. I trust your opinion, and it would be amazing is you review more newer drug store dry shampoos

Yes! Update please!
Victory Ford Aussie and Batiste volume are another two brands that work well in hair but all the other Batiste ones have that powdered look just choose the volume one also I have heard about other brands like not your mothers as well
Not even a mention of Baptiste dry shampoo? It might not technically be drug store but it's inexpensive and amazing!
yeah, that's my favorite.
I think she has just mentioned it so many times in the past she may not have felt it necessary to do so again. And also yeah probably because its not drugstore
Productions547 I was wondering the same thing, , I especially thought she would mention it in the color brunette
Productions547 and they sell it at rite aid and the other drug stores I go too
Will Cook to be honest the sampoo you mentioned actually looked worse on my roots than the regular one. and i dont even know why it looked so weird because its meant for brunettes
I still swear by Batiste. Great smell range, color range, and texture. And it's at Target!
I hate it!
Dorothy its $4.99.........
Batiste does leave a white cast in my black hair though. And the dark coloured one stains my clothes, so it's a skip for me.
Christina Adolph Thanks! That's the one I was saying stains my clothes though. :/
I ran to the store after her last video and got the Batise one and I don't like it. I have blonde hair and it leaves a white cast on my hair..
Aww Tati I was hoping you woulda reviewed the brands "Batiste" and "Psst"! Those are like everyones two favorites from the drugstore, especially the brand Batiste and I wanted to hear your opinion on those!
Amarie I love the psst! Dry shampoo!! I havent tried the Batiste ones yet, but theryre definitely on my list
Best dry shampoo's ever!!
I used to love Psst but once I died my hair a darker color, it left too much of a white cast in my hair. I Love Batiste it's the best one I've found for the price and I love how they come in so many scents
I loooove Batiste!! They have different dry shampoos for different hair colours, and it's absolutely genius
yeah I agree on Batiste! It's such a staple, I'd even say it's probably the most popular dry shampoo period. I would have loved to know where in the spectrum compared to the other ones it stands.
Gosh darn it! I had that Pantene dry shampoo in my hand yesterday, and I put it back!
And it was on sale for $3 too. Bad Julia!
Bought it for the recommendation. Doesn't work!!
@@laurastovall2713 I know this is a year late. But put it on before bed and sleep in it. Your hair will absorb it better.
Can you please do a best and worst heat protectors?? im trying to find a good one without alcohol (dries out my hair) love your videos Tati!! i hope that you make many many more in the future.
Maybe you could try a cream one instead of a spray one? They might not need alcohol as they are not liquid. I have one by VO5.
***** thanks for the suggestion!!
loreal blow dry it thermal smoother cream is awesome
Kaila Lewis thank for the reply. is the product heavy? i have pretty thick heavy hair and avoid a lot of cream products.
It's not heavy at all I use about a quarter size in My damp hair before blow drying every time and it feels great. My hair is about shoulder length
I agree!
Jessica Tetherow i use the same dry shampoo but i am noticing overcast that annoys me. what should i do?
Jessica Tetherow this is my favorite dry shampoo! It has never failed me.
ειρηνη Τζοβι You spray it on your roots and let it sit for about 30 seconds to absorb all the oil. Then finger comb and fluff it out really well. You shouldn't notice any white cast after. I don't and I have black Asian hair.
me too and i have light brown hair almost blonde! i love the smell but I have to put it on the night before to make it work. :/
The batiste cherry shampoo is my favorite!
elementohsix mines too! it smells amazing🙄
elementohsix yess
elementohsix SAME I have it in my gym locker and at my house
YES fav sent too tried all and isnt too strong lovee
Is any good got dark brown hair? My hubby loves cherries.. not me but I can live with it 😂
Tati last night one of my rats died from cancer and seeing you has helped m get past it. Thank you Tati
Sorry about your little rat. Hope you're okay. 😢
lady muffincakes I'm sorry about your furbaby ):
lady muffincakes Awwwwww. Rest In Peace. Sorry for your loss😭
Love to you, you obviously loved your rat very much, and I'm sure they loved you just as much.
Sorry about your rat, cancer sounds awful so it's better that its no longer in pain so that's one good thing, best of luck to you
Lol, I'll go for Dove, the volume is INCREDIBLE and I'm all about volume. Thanks Tati!
Hey Tati! 🌞 I struggle with damaged hair. Could you test drugstore "hair repair" products? This video was really helpful and I'd much rather take your word for it then go test all of them myself.
Good idea!!!
i know this is probably not down your alley but i was wondering if you could maybe do like a best face wash from Walmart or something but still cheap you know like where its totally worth every penny you spend on it i know you probably never see tis comment or even plan time to do this but i thought it was worth a shot to ask :)
p.s i absolutely adore your videos even though i do not wear make up and sun :)
Brianna I would be very interested in this as well! Like a best of drugstore skin care product video!
+Sage Sabiduria yea totally
Brianna , try the clean and clear facial washes, they're sooo good and cheap especially for drugstore
the egg white pore cleanser by skinfood is only like 9 bucks and its better than anything at the drugstore i've ever tried

I got it for 3.99$
Thank you for making this for us brunette gals! White cast is a major problem for me, even with Batiste (which I love for it's scents and price)
How do these compare to the batiste brand? Thank you for this video. Dry shampoo is a a necessity for me.
Courtney Pollock she said she didn't like the one with rice starch in it which is what batiste uses, so I'd assume she wouldn't like batiste.
Courtney Pollock She like it but she didnt want to mention it since she has talked about it a lot,to get out of the confort zone! 3rd place according to her comment
I love my Batiste, but I have to remember to order it from Amazon. If I need to grab something from the store, I'll definitely try the Pantene!
I'm not sure where you live, but I've seen it regularly at Marshall's for $5!
ladybird242 They are at walmart
It depends where you live - here in Canada I've seen it at Homesense (or Bed Bath and Beyond - I get them confused) and at Marshalls.
ladybird242
ladybird242 they have batiste at my local ulta
No Batiste or Pssst? Or are they regional?
Katherine Fite no they're not. I'm in LA and cvs and ultra sales both.
We have the first one in the UK
Katherine Fite How much is the batiste one ?
Lichib the batiste one causes hair loss
We have batiste in Finland
Batiste is my favourite but in the brunette version I'm definitely going to try the Pantene! Thanks for the suggestion ❤️❤️❤️
🌻💜😱🤙🏻👍🏻👍🏿🤟🏿♋️😚🤙🏿☯️✌️😞🤩😔💝
I love the scent of the Herbal Essence one and once you said it smelled like vodka my boyfriend was like "no wonder you like it" 😂😂😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lmao you can get ur bf to actually pay attention to these ?? Mine maybe for 5 minutes hahaha
I go three days between washes sometimes four. My scalp is use to it so it doesn't over produce oils.
But since I wash it so often... it gets oily faster... an endless cycle ;-_-
I can go a week easy. I use dry shampoo on day five and I'm set.
Works wonders ^^
nimedhel09 oh, thanks for the tip! i'll have to try sometime
Weird tip, but I swear by cocoa powder. Like, literally from the baking aisle. Especially for brunettes and redheads. And you get to smell like chocolate!
Thanks lovely! I should try this!
but when you touch it you're brown, right? and it has to get everywhere..
It's suuuuper fine.
kitkatfox i actually want to try that!
It makes my scalp look really dirty, so if you're fair skinned, be careful with it!
the Aluminum is an antiperspirant.
She loves Triple Sec...I think by Dry Bar.
If have a HEB (Texas) it's cheaper.
Diane Welzel also follow Lorna's advice for actual product application, mine are just trouble shooting tips that have helped me :)
Thanks again Tati. I have tried a few brands and none were quite right and I hate wasting money. You're a lifesaver.
I LOVE the scent of the Herbal Essence dry shampoo. It's my favorite from the drugstore. I like it way more than Batiste. My hands down favorite of all varieties is the Living Proof dry shampoo.
where is her top from ,I need in my life!
Crystial St same here!!! I want it!!
I kept wanting her to pull it down cause it was bunching up by her armpits. Haha, but it is a really cute top!
I think the bunching up is intentional, like its bunched and sewn into the seams maybe. I love it, made me think of a mummy 😍
I was going to comment the same, I really love this top! It's right up my alley! I haven't been shopping in forever, but it's on my radar now 😉 Her top interested me more than any of the dry shampoos lol!
Yes, I kept wanting to pull down her shirt for her!! It kept getting more bunched as the video went on.
Savanah Faye yea it was terrible just sat in my hair! And I'll have to try that one tho
Alliee Raee same here. I was surprised she was raving about it so much seeing as any time I've used it it's basically just like spraying hairspray in my roots. It makes my hair feel sticky and crunchy and gross without any oil absorption at all.
Samantha Denhart exactly! It didn't do anything it just added junk to my hair I'm surprised it's number one let alone even in this video it's terrible
I completely agree! Dove is hands down my favorite dry shampoo & I have tried them ALL! Pantene just leaves a gross film/residue on my hair & makes it tangly without soaking up any oil.
Tati delivers yet again! No wonder why we love you!
i learned from ellebangs on youtube, that if you put dryshampoo on clean (dry) hair it will soak up any oil ur scalp produces so your blow out will last longer! its like a preventative measure instead of waiting for the oil to occur first.
I'm really sad you didn't include brands like Not Your Mothers and Batiste so that we could see where they compared to your favorite! Still a great video! Will be trying some new product now!
She did say on her comment on here that Batiste is her favorite as well.
Where does Batiste stand compared to all these products? That's the only one I've tried so far..
Ancy Alexander She said it would be third on the list
Surprised there was no mention of batiste considering it's everyones favorite.
Afsah B isnt drugstore but i know is like the best dry shampoo out there at least for me
isabella hurtado ahhh I see. Same! only one that saves my hair
I just bought the pantene pro v dry shampoo and OMG TATI IS RIGHT!!! SO GOOD!!! I have always been a long follower of Tati and listened to her advice but INEVER go out and buy products because of her recommendations. TATI IS THE BESTT!!!!
I've always used Batise, but bought the Pantene one you mentioned and I'm loving it! NO WHITE CAST! Thank you!
Tati, what color is on your nails? It's gorgeous! Great video.
Bailey Cook she said on her snap it was an organic gel that she got done at the salon but she doesn't remember the brand or the name
ashley bonita Thanks
Bailey Cook but a good dupe for it is the wet n wild megalast in 'undercover'
I've been looking for a cheap good dry shampoo.. Thanks . now I'm off to buy the Pantene Pro-V dry shampoo
I always spray dry shampoo before I go to bed. It soaks up while I sleep and I wake up with no powderyness. It's nice.
Tati, Can you tell me what eye shadow and lipstick you are wearing, you look great!
This is UNBELIEVABLY helpful. I have only used tresemme and it has an AWFUL white cast and fallout. I thought dry shampoo just wasn't for me. I'm going to grab three of these and see which ones work best. Thank you!!!!
What blush are you wearing in this video? It's so gorgeous! 😍
Tati, you're addictive. Lol I can't just watch 1 video
Peach Gonzalez Same! I'll binge watch her new video and at least 2 of her older videos everyday 😂
Right! Her voice is so soothing
Peach Gonzalez do you know if cvs sells it?
agreed, love her
Peach Gonzalez its impossible
Your eyes look AWESOME😍👌🏻
Maddie Awesome Agreed! Tati, what eye shadows did you use in this?
My favorite is Batiste but I'm wanting to try others... I've tried Dove and Not Your Mother's but after spraying them on my hair, it felt like I put hairspray in, like it was stiff and crunchy, so I'm very happy with Batiste, but I'm still trying around others... May try the Nexxus and Pantene now though
I like batiste dry shampoo. It smells really good and I don't think it leaves a white cast in my dark brown hair. I'll definitely have to give the pantene one a try though!
Thank god this didn't end with Batiste. I hate that stuff and it seems to top out everyone's list.
Danni Caboodle I tried Batiste once and couldn't stand the stuff, it made my hair sticky and the smell, I bought the cherry one, it smells nothing like cherry and it made me feel nauseous so I promptly threw it away.
Danni Caboodle I tried the fresh scent one and it works great for me
Danni Caboodle you gotta try the original one! That's the best! I saw a tip to use cold air from your blow dryer to disperse product also! Worth a shot
I love batiste lol
Danni Caboodle I hate it too. I've tried at least three different batiste dry shampoos and I hated them all.
Batiste is the best...can't believe you didn't include it
Brittanie Cain right??
Brittanie Cain She said she didn't want to include it since she has already talked about it so much
Brittanie Cain i know i came here to the video just to watch to see if she tried bastiste!!!
Whenever I try something else, I always ending up just going back to Batiste. It's definitely my favorite...I prefer the original and don't mind the powdery white cast since I'm blonde. I can't speak to the dark hair version. But yes, Batiste is absolutely my favorite.
Do they have it at Walmart?
Where is your top from?! It's so cool!
Sophie I was going to ask her that also... Tati tell us please!!!
YES! Please tell us!!
Sophie yessss where is it from?????
I wanna know too!
Yes where is this top from?! I need it!
So early!!!!! Love youuuu Tati xx
"I think it has the essence of vodka". LMAO!
"Are you a Glad plug-in?" You are killing me today!
*Glade
Meg Reads n
tati are you gonna try that 150$ hour glass mascara with a stainless steel wand?????
I guess batiste isn't drug store but it's under $10. Try the one for dark hair!
Claudia Smith I think she just chose not to mention it :( because batiste is sold at like Target, CVS, and the drugstore side of Ulta
Claudia Smith it is in Australia. I love it.
Ahhh thank you thank you thank you! I've been looking for a good dry shampoo that won't break the bank! This was so helpful!
What's your secret?? You just look a lot younger. Your skin and eyes look so great now !! 😘😍
Chloe Ana C. H. Yes recently she looks so much younger . I think maybe she got Botox or cheek fillers
Bella Pablo or maybe she just knows how to take good care of herself!?
she's admitted getting those things before though?? and she often gets lip fillers. i'm sure she takes good care of herself too, but she does get those types of procedures done, lol.
Yes I was looking forward to this!!!
7:46 - "If you're someone who doesn't want to buy a mousse, a dry shampoo, a texturizer, you know, but you want volume, just buy a dry shampoo."
Wait..............WHAT? Hahaha
Videos .Galore I was looking through the comments to see if anyone else picked up on that! 😂
Videos .Galore I think she meant that maybe a dry shampoo can be a substitute for all 3 since it does offer volume and texture depending on which kind you use
Videos .Galore She was meaning instead of buying all that just buy dry shampoo and not everything else. It gets the job done by itself.
You HAVE to try 'Batiste' brand! They have at least 4 different versions for light and dark hair among other options. I have tried about half of the ones in this video and I like it better than all of them! I get mine at CVS I believe :)
Also, I need to read before commenting! haha see you already beat me to it
I have been testing a few in Germany and Batiste was definitely the winner.
Tati, please do a tutorial on this look, you look unbelievable!! This has to be the best look i've ever seen on you! love your channel xxx
The Klorane dry shampoo is THE BEST EVER. Holy grail. Will never be without a bottle. The COLAB dry shampoos are a close second.
The Broadwalk Thanks for the recommendation. I've seen it at SDM so I'm going to get it next time!
The Broadwalk Klorane is like prescription dry shampoo haha, that stuff is hardcore
I have normal but greasy hair, not too thick, not too fine. But I do have a very sensitive scalp. The Klorane dry shampoo gets rid of grease so well without making my hair feel weighed down with buildup and super gentle on my scalp too. Loove it!
Tbh I don't even like the batiste dry shampoo it doesn't do anything for me
I don't like Batiste either! It's so powdery it gets all over my clothes. Yuck.
lauren tretter you are definitely in the minority then I think. ...or maybe you got a dud bottle? Batiste is my go to.
lauren tretter I dislike Batiste too. Makes me itchy.
lauren tretter I agree. It leaves a white residue in my hair...
I had such a bad reaction to batiste that I had to leave work early to wash it out. I was scratching my scalp until it was bloody.
LOL the "spray off" between Dove and Nexxus killed me
tati you're the best. you literally deliver anything and everything you subscribers ask for.
I have medium Brown hair and I can see the Pantene dry shampoo in my hair..i have recently switched to mark Anthony clear dry shampoo..no white residue and works well
tatiiiiiiiiiii
can you please do a review about jessica alba "honest" products????
i keep hearing about it and you are the only one i trust their opinion
Tati, I watch all your videos when I come home from work, --- for like a whole year, my everyday after work ritual. I never leave comments, but you are seriously so beautiful in this video I had to say something. Your makeup is stunning.
Try Batiste Dry Shampoo!
Yes!!! I just tried the Pantene dry shampo and it's amazing (4.99$ target)
I've tried the tresemme, Not your mother's and a suave dry shampoo but they leave so much residue (I have very dark hair)
THANK YOU !!!!! 🙏🏼
i find all your videos so helpful and mindful of the consumers' spending power... recently moved to Canada and your videos have helped me find great make up and haircare products ... thank you for being honest and attentive to the needs of others.
Ashley Simonelli I have to get the pantene dry shampoo. I love new hair spray, it's called Air spray and works great on wet or dry hair 😊
Kimberly Painter I tried the Pantene and it is really nice! No white cast and my hair doesn't feel weighed down. It kind of reminds me of just a hair spray that's flexible. The smell is nice too! So, I'm happy I went out and purchased this.
No white cast yay! My hair is dark brown.
Kimberly Painter mine too!
I love the 'not your mother's' - I will have to try the Pantene
I once got a bottle of dove dry shampoo and I sprayed it ONCE and then it was completely empty and it didn't pump any product out after that.
Tina L I also had the same thing happen to me and i was always a Dove lover and that turned me off so much!
randi sachetta wow..I am also Dove fan. Have curl shampoo and conditioner and their sensitive body wash really only brand that doesn't break me out and is affordable.
Where is this shirt from?! So prettyv
Your makeup is SOOO pretty. Love love love that eyeshadow! "Did someone vacuum in here"....that gave me a chuckle haha. Also at 9:16 😂
Tati, I swear it's like you made this video especially for me. I asked myself this question just 2 days ago and couldn't find an updated source. So glad you made this video! Thank you!
Pantene is a GREAT hair product company in my opinion! They've never really disappointed me ^_^
I think this was the best video ever! Great job Tati! Even my fiancé watches with me. lol. You're his favorite RUclips channel I watch. Mine too!
Well you've really convinced me on that Pantene dry shampoo! I always use Batiste, but I think it's time to try something new!
God, I am LIVING for the cuffs/thumb-holes in that shirt.
Also, Not Your Mother's is my favorite inexpensive dry shampoo. The regular is kinda deadly to the lungs, but the unscented is great.
Kristin Drake yes me to!!!!e
where is this shirt from????!!!
Idk bout u but where i live on all the adds they pronounce it like panten like pan10
Erika cherry!730 ...a good 31+ yrs. of hearing & saying "Pan-teen."
In the UK the ads say panten but in N. America the ads say panteen, spelled Pantene.
Hi Tati, love the video, you should try CoLab dry shampoo in the extra volume formula, doesn't leave any white cast and gives so much volume!!
