There is only 2 things I focused on and it worked for me to grow back my hair:
    1. Decreasing the factors that cause hair loss like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking.
    2. Boosting the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, good fruits, and veggies..
Whatever the reason there is always a solution to grow your hair. Just remain confident and do not stress over it.

My friend and I are also using the same Reactivate hair serum... so far it is showing good results for hair growth.. it is just 1 month only.. I'm confident I will see even better hair growth next month.

Being a hairstylist of nearly a few years, I can share with you you, that you're not intended to use strong shampoo on your hair.
I've noticed hairlines of so many individuals, and I observed that folks who were using harsh shampoos generally had weak hair line.
So I suggest only to use gentle shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and recommend to use littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it enhances circulation and stimulates healthy hair growth.

My long time friend/stylist recommended I use the Kerastase Extensioniste Serum after shampooing. She told me a healthy scalp was the key to my hair growing back healthy & she was RIGHT! It's similar to fertilizing the soil for planting crops. My hair came back strong & healthy! I still use the Kerastase about once a week to ensure my scalp is "fertile!" Thanks!

One of my favorite tips from my stylist is brushing my hair conditioner through my wet hair in the shower. I have fine hair (the actual hair shaft is thin), but it's very thick (I have lots of it, even at 61 😉). I found that distributes the conditioner throughout, rather than it sitting on top. I use the paddle wet brush, and it only takes a few strokes to go through it. My hair is also sightly curly and almost to my bra strap. My hair is brown with highlights, and my stylist says it's healthy.

Hi! I went to a salon and beautician suggested oplapex for dry hair so she sold me no2 , 4, 5 .. we’ll come to find out she wasn’t supposed to have sold me no2 well it damaged my hair .. Now I don’t know what to do ? My hairdresser is not doing hair now fro arm surgery but she only uses Kenra .. I went to ulta everyone there recommended I clarify and use redken or joico or purelogy .. I bought joico hydra didn’t help ..so now I’m like so discouraged what yo do now .. I spent so much on olapex products . I went back to salon I bought oplapex she only told me use no8 mask I did couldn’t tell a lot of difference. Any advice would be appreciated thanks 😢

Interesting, my hair care faves are Viori shampoo bars and conditioner bars both are infused with Rice water so you can get the benefits of Rice water without preparing it yourself, Viori is like the natural version of an Olaplex, also Aveda Shampure Shampoo and Shampure Conditioner I have both in the largest litre sizes, Aveda confixor, Aveda Flaxseed Aloe hair gel Dabur Amla Original hair oil from India, Parachute Advansed Ayurvedic Hot Hair Oil from India, Chi x Barbie 44 iron guard heat protect spray and silk infusion, Oils from Hawaii Monoi Tiare Tahiti Oil in many different scents they offer and many other Oils from India 😍

I love yellow blonde but I have yellow skin. That’s why it works for me. Sometimes I think I’m the only one who wears that shade. Buttercup with some white highlights

Dr Sam, I just read an article that said people who were experiencing hair loss, should shampoo daily. Do you agree with this?

Hi, do you have suggestions for hair styling products that don’t cause acne? Every time I use heat protector or wave cream on my hair I end up with an acne breakout
