@@XxClusivess Sitting close to a monitor isn't whats bad for your eyes. It's eyestrain and fatigue. If you're not constantly taking breaks for your eyes to rest that can lead to issues with your eyesight.

I own a 55in tv in my tiny room. And for a tv it is enormously huge for me. What more for a gaming monitor. It would feel like I'm living in the actual game while playing Genshin Impact. Haha I love this!
I bought the gen 2 of this odyssey arc. No video on youtube shows how big this actually is. I went to pick it up with 3 more guys in my car. I have a 7 seater car and i when i saw this monitor after opening it was crazy. We only 2 people managed to sit in car with this having placed in car seats on 2nd and 3rd row. The box of this is even bigger. This monitor is insane and so goood. No video do justice to the monitor.
I think we do all of this in behalf of our 12 years old versions. We wanted it back then, now is just not the same; but if we go really overboard, then it kinda make us feel like we did at 12.
I'm looking forward to when they compensate for the curve at the corners. So far, all I've seen is the cylindrical section with 90-degree corners. Toward the end of the video, you can see how the center of the screen is pinched compared to the corners due to lens perspective, although this this is somewhat representative of my point. A truly isometric viewing experience would be a section of a sphere, not a cylinder.
