I’m a huge fan of Shein and shop there very often. I think you got some great pieces. That first black dress is so cute on you. But yes ALWAYS shop by measurements. Never by size. I’ve done several hauls on my channel from shein and by using measurements most things fits really great.

I actually loved the black and white shirt with jeans. I don't really think it needs to be buttoned all the way down.
The key with shopping at Shein is defo 1- always go by the measurements, 2 - consider if the fabric is stretchy or not (usually says in the desc), and 3 - look at the reviews (and pics if there are any), I find them very helpful in judging what an item will be like and how it'll fit. And so far *touch wood* I don't think I've ever had anything that doesn't fit from them!

Yes the beautiful long blouse that was the second item in your haul would be stunning as a kimono over a black dress or romper, even over a swimsuit!
Trina you looked beautiful in the green babydoll top. You could make the hem longer by adding a white lace at the bottom and at the neckline. The long black, white and floral dress shirt could also be altered, to allow more room at the bottom, by cutting slits in the sides at the hem. This would make it look more like a tunic-style dress shirt and allow you to button it. Just a thought.
The last two dress look great. The first blouse was cute. Wear it it’s not to short ❤️💐

My favorite item and looked the nicest on you was the blue, dalmation skirt. It’s the perfect dress/skirt length for you (very figure, flattering). And then I also liked the last dress with the shorts. Very comfy and summery. I have often noticed how pretty you look in pastels, especially blue!

I really like the stronger/bolder colours on you, they suit your colouring. You look fantastic when there is a definite waist in the garment, I didn't think the blue straight dress flattered you at all.

Loved the skirt ❤️ I would keep the shirt that didn’t fasten all the way if you really love the pattern. You can wear it over swimwear, shorts and jeans and tops.
I love the last blue dress! 😊 I think dark blues are definitely your colors! Plus the shape was really nice, more fitting to your body and not so baggy.
12:46 CRAZY IDEA, if you are not too in love with the off-the-shoulder part of this dress, you could actually remove the top ruffle and add it at the bottom to give the dress extra length!
You could even add a sweetheart neckline and a little V plunge in the back if you need yo hide any cuts you made.
That blue skirt is bloody lush !

I loved that second top. Like you said could wear over a black dress. Layer it with a cute cami or tank top underneath. So many possibilities if you think outside the box.
Love the last dress, you could wear it as a Tunic Top with Jeans or Leggings. It would dress them up if going out to dinner or the movies. 😘😘🇦🇺🇦🇺
With the dresses that are a bit short..you could pull on a longer black skirt under it! I do this with a lot of dresses and it looks pretty good 👍

Second top open with a black dress under would be really cute. First cold shoulder dress in more colour would suit you better, it kind of washes you out . I noticed most UK vloggers say elasticated which sounded funny to me because we say elasticized 😂🤣

What shoes do you wear with your outfits? I'm a plus size gal and live in leggings cos I only own a pair of converse and some work shoes! I'd like to wear more skirts/dresses but have no idea on what kinda shoes to style them with! I have narrow feet too which makes shoe buying more difficult!
My hips are much wider than my waist so I out my skirts on over my head since my bust will actually move out of the way or my bra allows sliding easier.
The short dress is really cute with your shorties showing. Reminds me of my high school days during the 80s.

You could wear a white long tank top underneath the unbuttoned shirt, and wear jeans, or whatever pants, I think that would look great. The long swish skirt was gorgeous. Looked really lovely on you and the blue was nice and subtle.

On the website it just says it's made from polyester.
Did the tag say 100% polyester?
I usually avoid polyester like the plague because (unless it's blended heavily with cotton or viscose) I pretty much despise anything polyester because it's usually scratchy & sweaty / non-breathable.
BUT - You seem thrilled with it & said it was lightweight & flowy, so I'm wondering if the tag had a different material description?
It is scratchy at all?
I've never ordered from Shein & I am concerned about the sizing eek!
I don't know your hip/waist measurements but we're similar shapes/sizes, although I suspect my hips might be slightly larger (I'd be 1 size bigger than you in bottoms/jeans etc)
Does the fabric have any stretch to it? Like - when you sit down, does it pull tight across any areas? I hate that feeling!
I just want a lightweight swishy Midi skirt that isn't constricting or scratchy lol.

I’ve preferred from shein many times so I hope it’s ok I butt in.
Order by measurements, yes at times not all measurements are there but most of the times I find they are. Don’t worry one bit about the sizes, they can be so off. On each item there is below it a place it says description and it here it will tell you what material the item is made off. It will tell you about stretch and other things too. Look close at the photos they provide, often they give a close up of the fabric but pay close attention to the models size (it tells you her measurements) versus how the fit is on her. Most importantly, pay attentions to the reviews. That’s real people buying, and trying the items. They can be really helpful.

What is delivery like on Shein does it take a while? I’ve never shopped there but I always see lovely clothes in all the hauls I watch, loved the second to last dress and the blue skirt ❤️Xxx
I usually find they take about 2 weeks or so to arrive to the UK, but they do have a warehouse in Europe (which I'm assuming prob houses 'local' returns mostly) and I've had some bits sent from there before which arrived in only a few days.

Cold shoulder dress ok. Not long enough. You’re right it’s shapeless.
Daisy cold shoulder better on you. More shapely. Nice pattern.
Navy dress way way too short. Why order short dresses? They usually don’t work on you. You’re a tall gal. You need more length. Most of these short dresses look more like tunic tops than dresses.
Didn't care for the first cold shoulder dress. Too shapeless. Most of the rest was adorbs!
Sorry you are to tall and to big for shein .. :/ ... I found very big t-shirts maybe that can help.. also you can try longer dresses ..
