August is my birthday month and also the anniversary of my subscription 🎉🎉I gave myself this gift last year after spending a LOT of money and time (2 or 3 years) chasing FOMO coffees. After 12 months, I can honestly say EVERY bag of your beans has been delightful, always more complex and flavorful than expected. I also love that it seems easy to get a consistently delicious brew of your beans (instead of others that may be better luck next try finicky beans) and they seem to stay fresher tasting longer? I only wish I drank enough coffee to get the 3 bag subscription! Thank you for the special monthly coffee treat ❤

I normally wait 7 days minimum, and try to use it within 4-5 weeks off roast
