My favorite fatty food is AVOCADO! 😋 I also love asparagus and artichoke hearts. Spinach is a staple for me. Hmmmm..... 🤔 Everything is looking rather green here. Looks like I need to add some color to my diet. 🥴 Oh.... vegetarian, not vegan... my greatest weakness is cheese and lots of it! 😏

In my case, I can have red meats as breakfast because I can easily do intermittent fasting of 16 hours.

I only have coffe for breakfast because i do intermittent fasting everyday, and my calories start at around 10-11am with a smoothie containing tomato, carrot, bokchoy, tumeric powder, and cinnamon powder 👍💪
Hey Michael, Ronan here. I also fast in the morning and I like to say that I still have breakfast but it happens at 1pm instead of early morning. It's still the meal that breaks the fast, right? I never tried doing a smoothie with a tomato AND mixing cinnamon with it. That sounds quite of an interesting mix :D

Love flaxseeds,peanut butter and sardines! Live in India so berries are a no go unfortunately but indian gooseberries give the vitamin c i need for the day! Love the bloopers and edits, it was hilarious! :))

Jordan, are you trying to burn fat or are you trying to build muscle as your #1 priority? I may be wrong but had the impression you were trying to gain weight and if that is so, these calories look a bit low to me.
Man, I need to ask you something here. Do you eat tuna and peanut butter TOGETHER? I ask you this because back in the day one of my go to lunches was broccoli, a can of tuna, and a spoon of peanut butter. All together. People always thought it was disgusting but I loooved it and no one would ever find out how tuna + peanut butter could be amazing 😂

I mean , I mix the tuna can with some vegetables and I have a Little cooky with peanut Butter or sometimes I mix the peanut Butter with some lentils. But, You know I'm gonna try that combination tomorrow. It would be a insteresting experience.
