I'm having a one man kitchen party and just ran across this channel. I have to say, with all sincerity that, and I mean this deeply that it is total BS that these guys only have 13 songs on here! I've been listening to different versions of this song for 20 plus years and this is the best I've ever heard. I'm a Stan Rogers fan since '96, and they could have been my 2nd favorite. I'm truly devastated. Great song boys!
It's just that once you create to alot of something uniqually great somehow the standart increases and what you once tressured loses in value.. The next one will come be patient with me brother.

This song is so beautiful sounding that the first couple times I heard it I assumed it was a typical love song and didn't even notice that it's all about her swiping his wallet and leaving him haha. When I finally noticed I felt like the guy in the song 😅
