Zhao being in the Warpstone Desert might indirectly turn him into Gollum. One moment he's normal, the next you'll hear a little bit of Skaven in there. "How much do you need"? "A huge quantity, yes-yes". "What was that"? "Nothing".

So She Zu is a shape-shifting dragon princess and Vulkan is missing in Warhammer 40K...what are the odds she somehow wound up in dragon form meeting Vulkan, he wanted to boop her snoot, and she took on a human form and asked if that was a pick-up line.
Now I want Vulkan who can turn into a dragon.

I can see Miao ying would ether react like corvus or magnus, zhao ming would definitely hug her back.
My thing with Big E is that he didn't have rush things. Even if he only expanded the Imperium half as much as the canon, it would be worth the time spent with the primarchs because it would actually last as a stable whole
Big E knew the Chaos gods were going to come for him after their deal was up so he wanted to destroy all threats to humanity before that happened. Ironic he didn’t realize that only gave the Chaos gods their perfect opening.

I just imagine Gotrek and Felix going to Cathay at some point. Gotrek is gruff but thankful and being given an infinite amount of Baijiu between bouts of killing Chaos and Skaven.
And it's all juxtaposed with Felix in the background quietly seething and breathing heavily through his nose, not understanding why his dragon slaying sword is throwing the mother of all hissy fits around these nobles.
Shiyama -> Konrad Curze or maybe Corvus Corax, or maybe a mix of both
Shen-Zoo is definitly the mix of Vulkan and Angron pre-nails and probably a bit of Sanguinuis
Miao Ying -> Lion mixed with Dorn
Zao Ming -> strangely I think of a mix between Leman Russ and Magnus the red
Yuan Bo -> Roboute Guilliman with a bit Leman Russ and a lot from Alpharius and Omegon
Li Dao -> Perturabo
Yin-Yin -> Mortarion mixed with Fulgrim or Lorgar maybe ?

The administrator guy sounds like an odd mix of Guilliman and Alpharius... or just Malcador. Peerless bureaucrat, almost omniscient, and more than a few touches of manipulative bastard.

I want a God of War 4 style Gotrek and Felix game where we start in Naggarond and free Shen Zoo and have to wander the Warhammer World to get her back to Cathay. As well as get a magic neck collar removed out on by Rakarth because it keeps her in human form and prevents her from using her powers.
The first is set in Naggarond, Lustria, Amazon’s home, Vampire Coast, the Great Ocean, and Ulthwan. Fighting Dark Elves, Lizardmen, undead, greenskins, and beastmen.
The Second in the realm of the Tomb Kings, Araby, Brettiona, border princes. Fighting Dark Elves, Chaos Dwarfs, Tomb Kings, Araby, vampires, and Skaven.
And the final is in the Empire, Dwarf Holds, Kislev, Ogre Kingdoms and Chaos Dwarfs in the Mountains of Mourn, Worlds Edge Mountains, and finally Cathay.
Fighting Chaos, Skaven, undead, ogres, greenskins, chaos dwarfs, and beastmen. Meeting a who’s who of Warhammer characters from the major; like Karl Franz, Dragon Emperor, Teclis, Finabar, Morathi, Rakarth, Thorgrim, Settra, Arkan, Louen, and Sultan of Araby, to the minor; like Rakarth, Zhatan the black, Luthor Harkon, Imrik, the Amazon Queen, Valten, Green Knight, and Grimgor.
Now that I think of it, Why *wasn’t* this a book? A Gotrek and Felix or stand alone story? It would have made a great series.
Update on one part of this video. It is now cannon that gelt and Zhao are friends because of the gelt update that came out in thrones of decay
