    Making a metal cone for your reflector would be much more difficult, but thank you for showing how to make a reflector the simpler way

    Nicely made! Works good on the video! I believe the plastic you tried to drill is PMMA, horrible at cracking and splitting. Nice solution by heating it before drilling!

    Congratulations, you've made a cheap surgical light for resource challenged areas as well. There are also pretty decent relfector paints, that would make for a more professional look.

    If you put the drill in reverse after the initial "bite" you get less cracks and burrs.

    Hey, I have a question. Can we use any other material instead of glass,like plastic cup etc?
    Drilling a glass looks like a work of skill.

    Now that i see this video. I can use the foil as a reflector on my motorcycle headlight for its restoration. Mention the bulb temp . My headlights is led on a circuit ...
