What is IVF & what are it's steps? । IVF क्या होता है और ये कैसे किया जाता है? हम आजकल IVF treatment के बारे में बोहत सुनते है लेकिन अभी भी यह देखा गया है की लोगो को इस तकनीक के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं है। इस वीडियो में Dr Arti Rapol (Infertility & IVF Consultant) हमें IVF क्या है और कैसे किया जाता है ? डॉक्टर्स IVF कराने की सलाह किसको देते है -
उन couples को जिनमे fallopian tube / गर्भनलिका बंद हो।
जिनमे शुक्राणुओंकी संख्या / sperm count या उनकी गतिशीलता कम हो।
जिन औरतोमे ovarian reserve और egg count कम हो।
Steps involved in IVF (ivf procedure step by step in hindi)
-IVF करने से पहले डॉक्टर्स patients का blood sample जांच करते है। अगर पेशेंट में कोई hormonal imbalance दीखता है तो वो पहले correct किया जाता है। अगर vitamin deficiency या कोई infection हो तो supplements या antibiotics देके उनको ठीक किया जाता है।
-IVF शुरू करने से पहले कभीकभी डॉक्टर्स पेशेंट्स में pre IVF hysteroscopy मतलब गर्भाशय को अंदर से जांच करते है।
-IVF का treatment periods के 2 या 3 दिन शुरू होता है इसमें पेशेंट की sonography की जाती है और उनके injection का dose तय किया जाता है।
-जब follicles 18 से 20 mm की होती है तो उनको Ovulation trigger injection दिया जाता है।
-Ovum pickup के दो या तीन घंटे बाद डॉक्टर्स patients को discharge दे देते है।
-इसके बाद situation के हिसाब से fresh embryo transfer या frozen embryo transfer किया जाता है। Embryo transfer का procedure anesthesia के बिना किया जाता है।
-ये देखा गया है की frozen embryo transfer का success rate fresh embryo transfer से ज्यादा होता है।
बोहत लोगो का ये मानना होता है की IVF treatment में embryo transfer के बाद total bedrest की जरुरत होती है लेकिन ये बिलकुल गलत है क्युकी डॉक्टर्स किसीको भी ये सलाह नहीं देते।
ये सब बाते हमें ध्यान में रखनी है और treatment के बारे में कोई भी गलतफैमी मन में नहीं पालनी, अधिक जानकारी पाने के लिए पूरा वीडियो देखे।
