IVF कब कराना चाहिए ?
हर एक couple जब infertility से ग्रसित हो जाते है, तब वह IVF कराने का सोचते है। पर यह जानना ज़रूरी है की ivf के बिना भी infertility की problem आसानी से सुलझाई जा सकती है।
Infertility, यह कोई बीमारी नहीं है बल्कि आपके system एक तरीके का weakness है जो आपके दैनिक जीवन गतिविधियों, जैसे चलना, दौड़ना, काम करना etc, और आपके तबियत पर बिलकुल बुरा असर नहीं करता।
Science/Technology के इस्तेमाल से concieve करना अभी बोहोत आसान होगया है जिसके कारन pregnancy होने की संभावना बोहोत बढ़ जाती है।
Baby concieve करने के लिए क्या क्या होना ज़रूरी है?
१. एक healthy uterus जिसकी blood flow, जिसकी परत, ऐसे सब चीज़े अच्छी होनी चाहिए। ५००० में से एक लड़की बिना गर्भाशय के जन्म लेती है, और ऐसी स्तिथि को Mullerian agenesis भी कहा जाता है।
२. अच्छे अंडे और sperms होना बोहोत आवश्यक है। Sperms की सारी qualities अच्छा होना और मासिक चक्र अच्छे के कारन जब अंडे अच्छे होते है तोह बच्चा concieve करने में आसानी होती है। यह एक misconception है की मासिक अनियमित होने के कारन अंडे की quality ख़राब होती है, पर ऐसा बिलकुल नहीं है, पर ऐसा है की अंडे को तैयार होने में और release होने में रुकावट आती है।
३.यह जान ना ज़रूरी है की जब अंडा ovulate होता है तब अंडा अपने आप ही गर्भाशय तक नहीं पोहोचता, उसके पोहोचने के लिए गर्भ की नली का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है। यह गर्भ नली open रेहनी चाहिए , और यह हमे बहुत सारे test कराने पर पता चलता है। यह टेस्ट के सामान्य तौर पर दो परिणाम होते है, एक यह की सारे टेस्ट normal आये या फिर एक दो reports में कुछ गड़बड़ी है। गर्भ में जब कोई समस्या होती है तोह उसके कुछ उपचार के बाद गर्भधारण(Pregnancy ) कर सकते है। ऐसी कोई भी दवाई नहीं है जो पूरी तरीके से शुक्राणु की मात्रा बढ़ा सके।
अगर यह सब कारण concieve ना कर पा रहे हो तोह डॉक्टर IVF suggest करते है।
Problem जानने तक doctor directly कभी ivf नहीं suggest करेंगे , balki अगर आवश्यक हो तोह ही ivf का suggestion देते है। सामान्य तौर पे अगर ivf नहीं तोह IUI, या intercourse करने की सलाह दी जाती है, laparoscopy की भी सलाह दी जाती है जब fallopian tubes बंद होते है, और जब शुक्राणु में problem होता है तोह lifestyle modification या थोड़ी बोहोत दवाई दे के ठीक करा जाता है, जब azoospermia हो तोह सी surgery करा के फिर ivf suggest करा जाता है, जब PCOD/PCOS हो तोह आम तौर पर दवाइयों से ठीक हो जाता है पर severe cases में ivf भी कराया जाता है , जब उम्र बढ़ रही होती है या फिर कोई cancer patient हो तोह फिर भी IVF suggest करा जाता है।
भले ही naturally conceive ना कर पा रहे हो, इसका मतलब यह नहीं है की ivf करना गलत है क्युकी यह technology के मदत से success पाना बोहोत आसान हो गया है और यह उन महिलाओं को hope देता है जिन्हो ने वह hope lose कर दिया था।

Go for IUI only for 1 time and then move to IVF
You are right. We should not use the term "patient". Even I was going through the same but after undergoing fertility treatment for 6 months, I conceived naturally and now 7th month is going❤

Mam meri marriage 3year ho geyi , beby conceive keliye try kar rehi hu but nehi huya, recently doctor dekha rehi hu , meri periods 2 nd day se treatment le rehi hu , or meri period ki 15 day check kiya doctor ne bola left side me egg bana geya , or ek injection lagaya or husband ke sath 3 day relation rakhne keliye boli hai, or bed rest karne ke liye bola he, aj mera period ki 20 day he , to kiya conceive huya kiya ,?
