इस वीडियो में डॉक्टर सुप्रिया पुराणिक Intrauterine insemination (IUI) जिसे कृत्रिम गर्भधारणा भी कहा जाता है, इसके बारे में बताती है | कृत्रिम गर्भधारणा यह एक सिंपल प्रोसीजर है जिसमे शुक्राणु को कृत्रिम तरीके से गर्भाशय में डाला जाता है और अण्डों के साथ मिलान होने पर गर्भधारणा हो जाती है | IUI यह एक सेफ प्रोसीजर है और इसके लिए हॉस्पिटल में रहने की भी आवश्यकता नहीं रहती , opd सेटअप में भी यह प्रोसीजर की जा सकती है| IUI नाकामियाब होने के बोहोत सरे कारन रहते है , उन्ही सभी कारणों के बारे में डॉक्टर सुप्रिया पुराणिक इस वीडियो में बताती है | IUI का सक्सेस रेट ८ से १० % ही रहता है ऐसे भी डॉक्टर बताती है | IUI किन लोगों ने करना चाहिए ये भी डॉक्टर इस वीडियो में बताती है | अगर पहले IUI २ से ४ बार किया हो तोह आगे IUI नहीं करने की सलाह डॉक्टर देती है | अगर IUI बार बार फ़ैल हो रहा है तोह IVF करने की सलाह डॉक्टर देती है |

Intrauterine insemination is effective for some cases with sperm quality problems. However, if the total motile count at the time of insemination (after processing) is less than 5 million, chances for pregnancy with IUI are much lower. If the total motile sperm count is below 1 to 5 million, success is unlikely.

Hello Dr.Supriya ..Iam 30 year old suffering from adenomyosis cyst . My one ivf cycle was unsuccessful in last year. Its not painful. Yeah you should go for it problem occurs only if both the tubes are blocked then mostly in such cases ivf is suggested
