  • Improve your hand-eye coordination on the ice with these 25 off-ice drills.
    I recommend performing your choice of these drills 2x each week for 10-20 minutes alongside your regular hockey training. Also, make sure you're doing some work on the ice tipping pucks and trying to pick off pucks mid-air too.

    Nice! I like to use those reaction balls too, but I guess that’s more of a tendy training thing 🤪? I like the lateral hop ideas, thank you as always for the great tips!

      We love reaction balls too and highly recommend them! I just wanted to make a video with only tennis balls

    Question, this off season I have been practicing my shooting a lot and it’s been hard for me to transfer that shooting to on ice any advance?

    • @hockeytraining
      @hockeytraining  3 года назад

      I've found the transfer to be OK other than you will need to shoot on the ice too. So try and get on the ice to work on your shot before any big games, tryouts, etc. Good luck!
