We stopped in Pensacola while traveling in our RV. We planned to stay a week but we liked it so much we stayed for a month. We discovered Joe Patti’s fish market and had some sort of fish almost every day.
@Joscha Wexler we saw a few Stingrays in the water and some dead jellyfish on the beach. I won’t go in the water! It was Spring time while we were there so not Hurricane season. We did however have tornadoes touchdown not too far away.
Nailed it. A must see...the Pensacola beach sign as you enter the bridge to go over to the beach. It's iconic! And there are several others located at local restaurants and businesses. They are fun to find. Best beach bar is the sneaky Tiki. It's hidden in the RV resort!
South Florida got the best Beaches in Florida, i love Miami and Broward county Beaches, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Hollywood Beach, Hallandale Beach, Miami Beach, Haulover Beach, Dania Beach, south Florida is just a different lifestyle.
40 years in Pensacola. Naval museum, lighthouse, and fort barrancas are all at Pensacola nas. Big lagoon isn’t the gulf, it’s perdido bay which separates fl from al. Pma is not on the Uwf campus, it’s downtown. Bay bluffs are awesome, not the sugar sand shown, it’s a bay. The beaches are #1 and the yellow sand west coast beaches shown are not accurate. The islands have sugar white sands.
I have always Loved Beautiful Pensacola, Florida most of all beautiful Pensacola Beach & the pure looking White sand & you also get to look at the good looking Sexy male life guards there on the beautiful Beach.
Born and raised there too. I was a beach girl until I met and married a Marine helicopter aviator who swept me off my feet! I surely miss “my” beach and the Blue Angels!!! ❤️
Me and son decided to go on vacation and stay in Pensacola for a couple nights, then after flying from Swallow Falls to Pensacola Florida, we came at a horrible time when son saw a blue hue coming towards Land, and we found out it was a giant nuclear iguana. but luckily me and son are okay but sadly our vacation was ruined now because the entire city is destroyed so we went back to Swallow Falls in utter disappointment. 0/10 never going there again.
This is a lie. It’s not diverse or packed with people. I lived there for a year and moved right away, this place is horrible. There’s nothing to do at all coming from a city boy myself. This was the worse and biggest mistake I’ve made in my life. Worse place to be, boring etc. even the people are rude towards minorities. No one come here. There is no night life, only three bars which are usually empty and the DJs don’t even know what they are doing.
