Hi, Thank you for your comment! Unfortunately that is not possible at this time. The strokes are created separately. It will be a texture bake process. Maybe in future updates something can be done for that.
Thank you very much! I did every step just like you showed, but I cannot "draw" after pressing "Edit Flow". The cursor does not draw any strokes. Every setting is just like yours. I'm on 4.2. as well. Would you happen to know what causes this? Thanks again!
Hi, Check if the black strokes are visible. Try changing the brush width to test. Then click the edit flow button. Also see if the Drawstroke button is on the left side tool bar (brush icon). You can download the latest 4.2.3 version of blender if the problem is still present. Try in new file again and restart blender. Hopefully it should fix the issue.
@@Farrukh3D Thank you very very much for your tips, much appreciated! I checked all the hints you gave, plus installed the latest 4.2.3 LTS to make sure, but unfortunately the problem still persists. As soon as I figured it out I'll post the fix here for others who might have the same issue. Nevertheless, thanks a bunch!
@@Farrukh3D OK I actually figured it out. The problem comes with the new "extensions" system. Here's the solution: Open the N-Panel and go to Tools. Then open the Workspace tab. Scroll down till you find the entry: "Development Tools: Brushstroke Tools". Activate the checkbox and it works.

I just gonna wait here patiently for you to create some grass or any scene tutorial with the brushstroke tool
Hi, I will try. You can also check the Blender Studio website (link in video), they have a demo which shows a full scene process with this tool.
