I got 4 wrong. Never seen that toad one before.
You'd think the signs like "no motor vehicles" and "no towed caravans" would have a great big X through them... the sign almost looks like "you CAN drive through here"! Confusing.

As an experienced driver, I was hoping for 100%. Road humps fooled me. Was thinking humped back bridge but when driving, would have realised.

I passed my theory test just 8 days ago, with 100%, here in Bulgaria. Apparently, the UK has quite a few different signs than continental Europe :D

It's been a while since I passed driving test and theory test now Chris. I did probably... a 6 or 7/10 I reckon. I guess I better read my highway code a little again before starting my long journeys again after lockdown 😄. Still though, I feel sorry for all the learners who lost their theory test over lockdown it's sad 😔.

I passed my theory test Last Friday happy Yes! But still worry of Practical test. Still doing my lessons currently though i am new in UK roundabouts and lanes freaking me mostly cyclists😩😔 stress me out!!

Do you have an idea on why the UK use mph, not kmh like the rest of Europe?
Good question. America uses mph too though. Perhaps it's for a reason like better understanding speeds🤔
because we settled on mph a long time ago, and there would be no real benefit to changing it at this point. People generally use miles here instead of km, so it's the logical thing to use.

Hi! No it isn't.
What is the practical difference between no waiting and no stopping? And why are the signs so similar?.. I've tested a few qualified drivers on which is which and so far none who sat their test more than a year ago have answered with confidence.
Generally, the no stopping sign means just that - it is a prohibition to stop your vehicle at any time, unless there are times displayed where it is legal to do so.
No waiting signs allow a motorist to stop - to drop off or pick up a passenger for example. Any longer period of time can be defined as waiting and is therefore a prohibition.
It's not no waiting.. that is waiting restrictions apply.

the give way marker in this country is stupid. It looks more like an arrow pointing to the wrong direction. What's wrong with a simple "give way"?
