It's kind of neat to think of the Alternative for Reimu- as she uses homed shots, she could be capable of enough continual damage to actually clear the Spellcard instead.
Kelyx614 Nope, Mini Hakkero and Master Spark are not the same 😓 While the Mini Hakkero produces a single ray, the Master Spark produces a ray and a lot of sparks around it 🤔
here's what probably happened -our man/woman Jynx who's still hiding behind online anonymity decides to become a full time doujin developer -remakes the first 5 touhou games but for one reason or another it never gets released (either Zun didn't allow it, or he was actually just shy) -he sees one of his friends wife making a touhou like bullet hell called len'en -he gets the rights to the game but only if he remakes everything -he uses the same engine he used for the RePC98 project -that way implementing something was as easy as a texture swap
I'm a fan of how the Master Spark bomb had a different UI effect, compared to the PC-98-style bombs throughout the video. It showed a symbol for the Haklero, instead.
Wait. . .this isn't a real game??? How is that even possible? He bothered to make all of the art and music. . .to put so much effort into it already. . .really, this guy needs to go team up with a programmer and just make this a reality already. The world needs this!
Marisa has to stay under Yuuka to damage her but if she does so, the Master Spark hits her so she needs to dodge and Yuuka has time to heal herself. If you play Reimu, you hit her with your homing Amulets so it's possible to win without bombs.
The only thing I see off about this whole thing is the fact that Marisa was using Non-Directional Laser, which she wouldn't have yet because she... "borrowed" it from Patchouli in EoSD. Other then that, masterful display, and ALL OF MY WANT

Something that offends me deeply: Jynx has never released any of his Re:PC-98 videos in 480p or higher. You know, the intended resolution for most normal games as a minimum.
The music, the spells; everything about this reminds me why A) I loved LLS so much, and B) Why I love Yuuka so much. I mean, THAT DOUBLE SPARK! ALL OF MY LOVE!
