The worst things someone can do to their body is to cut on salt and drink more water.
Eat as much as you want, but only sea salt or himalayan salt.
Sodium has nothing, nothing, to do with high blood pressure or heart problems.

Excellent and informative video. Now, please upload a video on how to eat the lowest amount of salt eating similar foods. I need to put into practice (for single people) on the go who need to avoid unwanted salt in our diets. How can I do that? Our food industry is based on giving us what we want, but they know darn well they're killing us. I need to escape this narrative to live a healthy long life through smarter eating choices. Men don't know how to properly create "meal plans" that will save our lives that will keep us alive and well for our families. Please show me HOW to do this! I was told by a doctor that your cells need salt and water to live. One of the reasons your pressure is up because your body isn't getting the salt it needs. I do agree with your video that most people get to much of the bad salts. But you need a little bit of to keep you from getting HBP. It's been working for me.
